| In order to promote the healthy growth of adolescents,the "double reduction" policy came into being,but also brought new opportunities to the development of sports after-school services,but there are still many problems to face in the process of development.Therefore,this study mainly uses the literature method and questionnaire survey method to investigate the cognition of social sports clubs,students,parents and schools,the content,form,projects and funding sources of sports after-school services,and analyzes the relevant theories and policies,and mainly draws the following conclusions:1.Social sports clubs have a good understanding of undertaking physical education after-school services.They have a better understanding of the content and relevant policies of social sports clubs to undertake sports after-school services;And they believe that it is very important for social sports clubs to undertake after-school services and establish corresponding systems.2.At present,the forms of social sports clubs undertaking after-school sports services mainly include assisting or guiding extracurricular sports activities,conducting training in one or more sports,carrying out amateur sports training or cooperating in running teams,compiling physical education course teaching materials for schools,assisting in training physical education teachers,providing sports facilities and other forms.3.Clubs that have undertaken after-school services for physical education have carried out basketball,football,badminton,table tennis,athletics,swimming,gymnastics,martial arts and other projects in the process of undertaking after-school services for physical education.4.Social sports clubs undertake sports after-school services mainly in the form of public bidding and directional entrustment,and the sources of funds are mainly business appropriations,that is,financial allocations,education bureau allocations and sports bureau grants,and a small part from sports lottery public welfare funds.5.The policy aspect mainly involves the government’s policy of purchasing public services and the policy of social forces participating in after-school services.6.Social sports clubs undertaking sports after-school services mainly have the dilemma of low awareness,insufficient resources and uneven distribution,unsmooth implementation and coordination,insufficient policy application,guidance and other functions.Based on the above problems,put forward countermeasures: change the trend of service concept and strengthen sports publicity and education;Improve the institutional system and strengthen the top-level design;Refine policy content and enrich policy system;Strive to balance the interests of all subjects,and fully consider the rights and interests of all types of subjects;On the basis of fully clarifying the responsibilities of each department,strengthen communication and collaboration between departments;Improve the performance evaluation and supervision supervision system;Leading the development of social sports clubs;Promote coordinated development among regions. |
