Research On Countermeasures For The Development Of Chengdu’s Ice And Snow Sports Industry In The Post-winter Olympics Period

In the post-Winter Olympics period,ice and snow sports achieve four-season development,and the ice and snow sports industry increasingly becomes one of the important means to promote regional economic development.This paper takes the post-Winter Olympics period Chengdu ice and snow sports industry as the research object,and under the guidance of diamond theory,uses the literature method,interview survey method,fieldwork method and case study method to conduct a deep investigation with Xiling Xueshan Ski Resort,Xindu Jianfeng Dry Snow Four Seasons Ski Resort,Chengdu Hot Blooded Miracle(Rongchuang Snow World)and Kachung Ice Center as the cases,analyze the development status of Chengdu ice and snow sports industry,sort out The study finds that the current situation of Chengdu’s ice and snow sports industry,the problems that exist in the development process,and the proposed countermeasures for the development of Chengdu’s ice and snow sports industry,promote the healthy development of Chengdu’s ice and snow sports industry.The study finds that the ice and snow sports industry in Chengdu is in a critical period of development,and analyzes the ice and snow sports industry in Chengdu from six dimensions:production factors,demand conditions,related industries,government roles,development opportunities and enterprise competition,and concludes that the development of the ice and snow sports industry in Chengdu has certain representativeness and competitiveness in the southwest region,showing the initial appearance of the industrial scale,the industrial system is becoming more and more perfect,and the development trend of the industrial form is enriching.The development trend of the industry has been enriched.However,in the process of development of Chengdu’s ice and snow sports industry,there are still the following realistic dilemmas: the foundation of ice and snow events is weak,the root of ice and snow culture is not deep,the ice and snow venue facilities are not sound,the ice and snow market is not attractive enough,and the development of related industries is not coordinated.Drawing on the successful experiences of Zhangjiakou City in Hebei Province and Tyrol,Austria,and taking into account the realistic development of Chengdu’s ice and snow sports industry,we propose countermeasures for the development of Chengdu’s ice and snow sports industry,including upgrading strategies and specific measures.Enhancement strategies:enrich the content of the famous event city and establish the brand of ice and snow events;pay attention to the cultivation of ice and snow talents and cultivate the ice and snow sports culture;actively build venues and facilities and explore product technology innovation;strengthen the policy support and broaden the publicity and marketing channels;promote the regional industrial agglomeration and bring into play the industrial agglomeration effect.Specific initiatives: urban ice and snow sports complex model;ice and snow sports industry agglomeration model.In order to provide some direction for the benign development of the ice and snow sports industry in Chengdu.
