| As a long-term sustainable development of "sunrise industry",ice and snow sports industry is an important part of emerging industries in various countries.In 2014,General Secretary Xi proposed the goal of "300 million people on ice and snow".China has carried out a number of strategic plans and began to vigorously develop the ice and snow industry.In 2015,the successful bid for China’s Winter Olympics has once again set off a boom in the development of ice and snow sports in various regions.Many ministries and commissions jointly issued the development plan for ice and snow sports(2016-2025).Each province and province successively arranged high-quality track,and seized the market opportunity by seizing the ice and snow industry.Shanxi Province is a traditional resource-based economic province with many high-quality ice and snow resources.The ice and snow industry is the main direction of Shanxi’s transformation of "green" development.The ice and snow project is listed as the characteristic sport of Shanxi’s key development.Based on the above background,this project is based on the practice of the concept of "snow and ice is also Jinshan silver mountain",Starting from exploring the logic and law of the development of Shanxi ice and snow sports industry,this paper has carried out a series of in-depth exploration and Research on how to develop the ice and snow industry and enhance the competitive advantage of the industry.Based on the national policy guidance,this study investigated many ice and snow sports sites in Shanxi Province by means of literature research,field investigation,expert interview,comparative study and questionnaire survey;The author interviewed the management center of Shanxi ice and snow sports,Shanxi skiing Association,Datong snow club,Shanxi Jinyang travel agency and other institutions;The digital ice and snow industry is integrated and analyzed by Internet technology,and a large number of industry data and industrial data are obtained.Under the strong support of theory and data,the paper defines the related categories and concepts,constructs the industrial structure model,industrial chain operation mechanism,ice and snow tourism market and other components,and then depicts the outline of the ice and snow sports industry in Shanxi Province.Based on this,the paper analyzes the industrial status,studies the industrial characteristics and discusses the industrial development and other issues.The research holds that the ice and snow sports industry is around the two poles of ice and snow resources and ice snow participation.As Samaranch said,without the existence of mass sports,the development of the Olympic Games is impossible.Based on this,the paper constructs the research model,and takes the complex industrial phenomena into the cocoon and removes the fake and saves the truth,so as to explore the logic and law of the development of the ice and snow sports industry in Shanxi Province.The research shows that Shanxi Province has rich ice and snow ecological resources and strong traditional ice and snow cultural advantages,and it is a primary ice and snow market with great potential,and the ice and snow sports industry has a huge development space.At the same time,there are many disadvantages and short boards in the ice and snow industry in Shanxi Province,and the development of the industry is also faced with many problems and challenges.The policy system of ice and snow is lagging behind and supply and demand are unbalanced;The ice and snow industry chain is imperfect,the independent brand is missing,and the main competitiveness of ice and snow market is not strong;The four seasons have weak business capacity,such as "uneven cold and hot",permeability,conversion rate and revisit rate.In view of the objective reality of the ice and snow sports industry in Shanxi Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. |
