Research On The Supply Of Community Public Sports Services In Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to extensively carry out national fitness activities and speed up the construction of a sports power.Promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and increasing the supply of public services in an all-round way are important requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission for Zhengzhou City as a national central city.The Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone(referred to as the Economic and Technological Development Zone)is located in the urban-rural transition zone,with both urban and rural characteristics.It is the focus of the development of new urbanization during the "14th Five-Year Plan" at the current stage,and it is also promoted by the strategic requirements of sports power The national fitness public service resources are gradually tilted to the countryside,which is the key to boosting rural revitalization.At present,the public sports service supply system in my country’s urban-rural integrated development area has initially taken shape,but there are still problems such as single supply content and imperfect supply structure.This paper takes the community public sports service in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object,adopts the method of literature,interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,mainly from the guarantee of policies and regulations,guarantee of sports funds,guarantee of supervision system,Nine aspects of site facility supply service,sports event service,sports fitness guidance service,social sports organization service,key population adaptation service and national fitness intelligent service are investigated to find out the unique advantages Based on the current shortcomings,optimization suggestions are put forward to promote the development of public sports service supply in Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone,so as to accumulate experience in public sports service supply in urban-rural integrated development areas,improve the fitness level of the whole people,help rural revitalization,and promote the construction of a strong sports country.The research found that: 1.Grassroots communities have insufficient grasp of relevant policies,lack of channels for policy publicity,and residents do not have a deep understanding of policies;2.The source of funds is single,and the distribution of regional resources is unbalanced;3.The multi-party evaluation and performance supervision system is not perfect,and supervision Lack of guarantee;4.The supply structure relies on the government,and the coordination with enterprises and social organizations is low;5.The use of regional characteristics is not clear,and the awareness of iconic events is low;6.The integration of urban and rural areas is not fully developed,and the adaptability of rural population transfers is lacking Activity 7.The construction of the social sports instructor team is not perfect,and the positions of grassroots instructors are missing;8.There is a lack of channels for grasping residents’ needs,residents’ sense of participation is low,and their willingness to speak out is low.Suggestions are put forward: 1.Strengthen the publicity of policy information and enhance residents’ awareness of physical exercise;2.Increase the investment in public sports services and rationally allocate regional resources;3.Improve the sports service supervision system and implement the supply work of grassroots departments;4.Strengthen Link the government with social organizations to increase the diversification of supply entities;5.Deeply integrate regional characteristic resources and carry out extensive fitness activities for all;6.Actively leverage regional industrial advantages to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas;7.Improve the quality of sports guidance talents and strengthen sports Talent team construction;8.Improve the feedback system of residents’ needs to ensure the refinement of sports service supply;9.Actively give play to the advantages of regional science and technology,and promote the process of intelligent fitness for all.
