Research On The Supply Model Of Community Sports Public Services Under The Background Of High-quality Developmen

Currently,With the replacement of quantitative goals with quality goals,development has begun a new journey toward high-quality development.At this situation,the practical significance of "National Fitness" and "Healthy China 2030" plans are highlighted,and new development opportunities meets community sports public services under the background of the country’s "National Fitness".In the "black swan" event of the epidemic,the community has become an important part of residents’ lives.The existing resident information could help the community consolidate the public service function of community sports.The model of community public sports services in Shanghai are the representatives of East China,which is an indispensable part of the national "National Fitness" planning and construction.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,etc.,this research finds that the Shanghai supply model belongs to the traditional government-led.The mainly problems are: facility class imbalance,scant participation of NGO,supply regional imbalance,supply market segment imbalance,etc.Further,We consider that developed countries have entered the stage of "high-quality development" earlier than China,and their community sports public services with reference significance experienced longer term development.Therefore,this study further analyzes developed country model such as the US,UK,etc.By summarizing its applicable conditions and advantages,we try to answer how to improve the community sports public service supply model of Shanghai.This study actively proposes the concept of "government-led multi-layer supply model",which takes the demand for high-quality development as MVG(Mission,Vision and Goals)to optimize the traditional government-led.
