Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Public Sports Service Demonstration Zone

With the transformation of government functions to enrich the people,out of the direction,the country has strengthened the construction of public service.Public sports service is an important part of public service,and the sports authorities at all levels are trying to promote the work of public sports service.Wujin District of Jiangsu Province mass sports work has been located in the province and even the nation,must be successful experience in promoting public sports service,characteristics,in order to enable the provinces to promote the work of public sports service reference,contrast to the target,the actual investigation,research,interviews,data analysis,logic reasoning etc.research method,the Wujin District promote public sports service specific work,the effectiveness of the analysis,find problems,provides the countermeasure,to promote the healthy development of sports undertakings in China to provide reference.The results of the study show that:(1)Wujin District set up specialized agencies of the public sports service and perfect regulations and policies;(2)Wujin District have specialized public sports service funding and funding per capita investment are among the highest in the whole body top;(3)Wujin District in the construction of venues and facilities,fitness guidance services,information services,has certain characteristics,truly reflects the functions of service for the people in the sports administration.Further analysis of Wujin District sports public service characteristics is mainly reflected in the following: rational planning and construction of sports infrastructure and specific contents of construction include: first,the old district of the new sports facilities,the new district must be construction of sports facilities,and the government compensation;second,improve the park for the construction of sports facilities;third,by the way to build and promote the construction of sports facilities,the fourth,pay attention to school sports facilities construction and improvement,to encourage the school to open to the outside world,and give subsidies;(2)to society will organization based on driven mass education to carry out;(3)the implementation of the Medicare card purchase fitness services;(4)government purchase health services.In view of the current situation of Wujin public sports services,put forward countermeasures as follows:(1)the construction of balanced development of urban and rural public sports service system;(2)of outstanding public service,and constantly improve the national fitness organization system;(3)give full play to the leading role in competition;(4)highlighting the Pratt & Whitney,constantly expanding wide fitness public service system;(4)to build a diversified supply channels.
