Research About Community Sports Competition Of Beijing Yizhuang Economic And Technological Development Zone

Community sports events are the mass sports events,which are the main participants of the community members,to enhance the physical and mental health of community residents,and to enrich the cultural life of the community.Community sports event is a subset of sports events,but also the integration of community sports and sports events.Community sports as a new form of organization of community sports activities,give full play to the role of social organizations,and actively guide social forces to encourage community residents to exercise,to promote the development of community sports in low cost and high efficiency,played a "lever" for.The theoretical research on community sports events in our country lags behind the practice,the research content is lack of systematic and comprehensive,and there is a great space for research.This study selected Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone 2014-2016 years' community sports to carry out as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,investigation method,mathematical statistics,case analysis and other research methods,based on system theory and stakeholders theory,to analyse present situation of Beijing city economy technology development zone of community sports events,discuss the characteristics and problems of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone community sports events from the perspective of stakeholders,to make contribution to promote the further development of mass sports.The main points of this study are as follows:(1)BDA is a mixed residential area based on the enterprise community,the mass base and the site condition of the community sports events are better.At present,the development of community sports events in the field of administrative led,with the use of all resources can be used to do the game,the concept of advanced management,enterprise co sponsored events,so that the event increased funding.(2)there are obvious differences between the municipal and district level,neighborhood or community level three types of events in the organization system,the scale of events,the content of competition,funding sources,race time,run game site,the crowd,competitors etc.,have their own characteristics,but the contents of three kinds of competitions lack of contact,lack of innovation the form and content of the project,etc..(3)the development of community sports events in Table Tennis(25%),fun activities(25%),aerobics dance(19%)number of the top three,including badminton,table tennis,basketball and other sports items in the highest proportion(37%);held time in the off-season and the season;funding sources mainly from government funding.(4)the development of district level community sports events with the largest investment,the most types of projects,the largest scale,the highest degree of employee participation,is one of the most influential events in the development zone.(5)the current development zone organization structure tends to be single,too conservative in the selection of the sponsors,inhibit social resources-and cannot maximize the interests ofall stakeholders demands.With the development of community sports events in the Development Zone,the existing stakeholders will continue to change.
