The question of the public sports service supply in urban community is the key point of the system construction work in public sports service field.With the promulgation and gradual implementation of the relevant laws,regulations and policies in China,the research content and research scope of the public sports service supply at urban community in our country is also expanding.Hence,it has special theoretical value and practical significance to carry out the research and analysis to the the demand for fitness of urban community residents and the service supply of public sports in Shandong Province.On the basis of studying the demand of physical fitness and the provision of public sports service at city community residents in Shandong Province,this paper synthesizes the related knowledge of management,sociology,social sports and so on,through the literature research,the survey method,the mathematical statistics and the logical induction method to carry on the research to the city community resident public sports service demand of Shandong provinceThe main content of this thesis covers the demand and satisfaction of urban community residents for public sports service in Shandong Province,the present situation of urban community public sports service supply in Shandong Province as well as the priority order of public sports service demand and so on.According to the contradiction between the supply of public sports service and the demand of sports fitness in the city community of Shandong Province,analyzing the gap between supply and demand,then to accelerate the relationship between physical fitness demand and public sports service supply of urban community residents in Shandong province so as to promote the perfect development of the public sports service system in Shandong Province.According to the results of the study: On the one hand,the sports consciousness of urban community residents in Shandong province is constantly strengthened,and the residents demand for public sports service is increasing;On the other hand,the physical fitness demand of urban community sports residents in Shandong Province has a gapwith the public sports service provided,and the connection between supply and demand is relatively poor.The different age groups and different levels of social group in the community have not the same physical fitness needs.In order to better promote the provision of public sports services in urban communities in Shandong Province,thus out of the current urban community in the public sports service delivery process dilemma.The author suggests that the following strategies should be adopted to promote the smooth development of the public sports service supply in the city community of Shandong Province.Recommendations are as follows:1.Strengthen the leading thought of the public sports service supply in the city community,establish and perfect the operation mechanism of the community sports Public service supply adapting to the social economic development of Shandong Province,and make more efforts to increase the investment;pay attention to the positive role of the market and society to form a diversified public service system supply mechanism at the same time;The government should actively carry out nationwide fitness activities,attach importance to the development of mass sports,increase residents ' awareness of sports and increase the awareness and enthusiasm of residents to participate in sports activities,thus constructing and perfecting the relatively comprehensive public sports service system.2.Taking the real physical fitness demand of community residents as foothold,we should adjust the supply structure to optimize the allocation of resources,increase the strength of public sports service supply,reduce the gap between public sports service and sports demand,and realize the supply of public sports service which is both efficient and scientific.3.For the city Community public Sports service in Shandong Province in the service mode and methods of reform,and gradually establish a community-centered urban Community public Sports Service supply mechanism and supervision and management mechanism.According to the urgency of community residents ' demand for public sports service,public sports service should be developed at different levels,respecting thesports demand performance of community residents and developing supply according to actual needs.
