The construction of the talent team has important strategic significance for enterprises to enhance their own strength and develop and grow.With the rapid development of enterprises and the continuous improvement of scientific research and technological levels,the contradiction between traditional vocational education and enterprise needs and technological development that are not compatible has gradually emerged.To cultivate industrial workers in the new era with the goal of adapting to technological development,exploring a road of skilled personnel transformation under technological transformation,is the most important task in the construction of skilled personnel,and is also the key to determining whether the future development of enterprises and the construction of skilled personnel can adapt to the new challenges of the "Made in China 2025" industrial upgrading background.This thesis aims to promote the integration of the vocational education chain,the competitive industry chain,and the industrial innovation chain,explore a new mode of high-skilled personnel training that adapts to the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of national defense and aviation equipment manufacturing enterprises,and provide ideas for the talent team construction of the industry,enriching the practical experience of training intelligent manufacturing skilled personnel.This thesis analyzes and studies "High-skilled Talent Training under the Intelligent Manufacturing Model." Firstly,the author analyzes the origin and development of "intelligent manufacturing" and studies the current development of intelligent manufacturing.Secondly,based on the intelligent manufacturing mode,the author understands the new requirements of market development for talents.Taking the successful experience of domestic and foreign technical personnel training systems as a model,combining with investigation and analysis,collection of literature data,and case analysis,the author analyzes the lack of the current mode of high-skilled personnel training.Combining with the requirements of intelligent manufacturing,starting from the construction of the high-skilled personnel ability and quality model,the author constructs a high-skilled personnel training system for CF company based on intelligent manufacturing,including on-the-job education and training system construction,competitive skilled personnel selection and training mechanism,knowledge engineering construction,school-enterprise cooperation two-way collaborative training mechanism,integration mechanism of industry,academia and research,and skilled personnel training base construction.
