Research On The Reform Of Talent Training Mode In Higher Vocational Education Under The Background Of Intelligent Manufacturing

At present,China is undergoing industrial transformation,and the manufacturing industry shoulders the important responsibility of promoting the development of the national economy.With the advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing,China began to gradually change from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,and put forward the key to building people as a manufacturing power.It also put forward new requirements for the cultivation of manufacturing talents in higher vocational colleges.Meeting the changes in the era of intelligent manufacturing and adjusting the goal of talent training have become the mission of higher vocational colleges.In the context of intelligent manufacturing,higher vocational colleges should start from the aspects of cultivating innovative,comprehensive professional ability and artisan-type talents,ensuring a more reasonable structure for higher vocational education personnel training,significantly improving overall strength and improving the quality of personnel training.This paper takes the mechanical design,manufacturing and automation majors as the research object,literature research and questionnaire survey are used,mathematical statistics method and other methods to carry out the market demand and training status of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation professionals in the context of intelligent manufacturing.The analysis explores the problems exposed in the process of training,and combines the advanced talent training mode of foreign countries,combined with the actual situation in China,puts forward the corresponding talent training strategy.First,this paper systematically defines the concept of intelligent manufacturing and talent training mode.Based on this,it explores the orientation of talent training,describes the theory of talent cultivation,and provides a theoretical basis for the whole article.Secondly,this paper explains the current market demand for mechanical design,manufacturing and automation professionals through the survey of teachers and students in vocational colleges and related enterprises.It is believed that manyintelligent manufacturing enterprises currently have related skills such as PLC programming,system integration and abb.At the same time,the survey of Tongduo found that many vocational colleges are paying too much attention to mechanical manufacturing courses and basic courses in the process of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation,and paying attention to emerging intelligent manufacturing courses.Not high,this does not match the market demand.Thirdly,through the summary of the actual survey results,the author believes that there is a mismatch between the educational concept and the development of the era in the process of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professionals in the context of intelligent manufacturing.The target of talent training is not clear enough,and the professional setting is unreasonable.As well as problems,such as outdated training methods,weak teacher resources,and non-standard school-enterprise cooperation.Fourth,in view of the problems existing in the training of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation professionals in China,and the reference to foreign advanced talent training models,the author believes that the mechanical manufacturing and automation professionals training model in the context of intelligent manufacturing needs to have clear curriculum objectives.Rationalized curriculum system and scientific evaluation mechanism,and strengthen the professional construction,improve the professional qualification certificate system,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to ensure.
