| The application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating innovative talents in the manufacturing industry,and the key to solving the structural contradiction between the talent supply of colleges and universities and the demand of emerging industries,and promoting high-quality economic development.In today’s era,intelligent manufacturing has become a new direction for the development of the world’s manufacturing industry.Innovative talents need not only solid professional basic knowledge and rich practical operation experience,but also comprehensive ability of interdisciplinary thinking and action,innovative thinking based on engineering thinking,system thinking and scientific thinking,good professional ethics and professionalism to keep pace with the times.This requires application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities to break away from the traditional talent training mode based on classroom teaching,and carry out comprehensive reform and innovation on the training mode in terms of training objectives,majors and curriculum settings,training content,training methods,and supporting resources and environment.This paper analyzes the target orientation of innovative talents cultivation in the context of intelligent manufacturing,and constructs the basic ability index system of innovative talents in line with the needs of the times.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper empirically analyzes the factors that affect the effect of innovative talent cultivation,so as to reveal the problems existing in the process of talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and then puts forward corresponding methods and strategies for talent cultivation reform,in order to better serve the local economic and social development.This study first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic;Summarize and sort out the current research status and main points of talent cultivation mode and innovative talent cultivation in application-oriented universities at home and abroad;This paper expounds the research ideas,research contents,research methods and main innovation points of this paper.Secondly,the paper defines the core concepts of intelligent manufacturing,application-oriented undergraduate universities,innovative talents and talent training mode;Human capital theory,CDIO engineering education model theory and innovative education theory are used as the theoretical support of this study.Then,by analyzing the characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing industry and the talent demand of the intelligent manufacturing industry,the goal of cultivating innovative talents in the context of intelligent manufacturing is clarified,and the basic ability index system of innovative talents in the context of intelligent manufacturing is constructed.Then,using the method of questionnaire survey,taking the undergraduate and graduate students majoring in machinery in nine application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the survey objects,the questionnaire survey was carried out from five aspects: talent training objectives,majors and curriculum settings,training content,training methods,supporting resources and environment,and the empirical analysis was carried out on the current situation and factors of innovative talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.Then,according to the current situation of innovative talent cultivation obtained from the questionnaire,combined with the target orientation of innovative talent cultivation in the context of intelligent manufacturing,the main problems in the current innovative talent cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate universities are analyzed.Finally,according to the problems and influencing factors of innovative talent cultivation found in this study through investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward strategies and methods to improve the innovative talent cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate universities.This study analyzes the new demand of intelligent manufacturing for the supply of innovative talents,and creates the basic ability indicators of innovative talents,in order to provide high-quality talents that meet the needs of economic and social development for China’s manufacturing industry,solve the problem of structural imbalance of industrial talents,and achieve the balance of industrial talent supply and demand.At the same time,find out a series of problems existing in the talent cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,help them improve the talent cultivation level,reform the talent cultivation mode,and cultivate more high-quality innovative talents that meet the development requirements of the industry. |
