| Since the reform and opening up,China’s manufacturing industry has continued to develop rapidly.A complete,independent and complete industrial system has been built.It has also been known as a large manufacturing country,but it is not very strong always been a pain point for the development of China’s manufacturing industry.The equipment manufacturing industry is the lifeblood of the national economy and the core of the development of the industrial economy.At the macro level,it faces problems such as prominent structural contradictions and low levels of industrial clusters.Within the enterprise,the management method has been very backward,especially in performance assessment management.In terms of performance,there were some problems such as irrational setting of performance indicators and single assessment content are serious.Competence is naturally rich in performance factors,which can predict the performance of employees,dynamically track the development of employees,excavate the reasons for employees’ deep work behaviors,and give better performance feedback.Therefore,the paper attempts to build a competency model for high-skilled personnel in the equipment manufacturing industry.Based on this,the paper improve and optimize the performance evaluation system of the enterprise.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to build the competency model of high skilled personnel in equipment manufacturing industry.The author browses the recruitment information of the equipment manufacturing industry on the Internet,summarizes the frequency of related entries,reads the literature on the competence of highly skilled talents,sums up a total of 18 competence elements including operation skills and safety awareness,and generates a questionnaire to conduct in the questionnaire survey.SPSS software was used for factor analysis to form a competence model of highly skilled personnel in the equipment manufacturing industry with four dimensions and eighteen elements.In the field investigation,the author found that within the equipment manufacturing enterprise,performance evaluation management is very backward or even missing.On this basis,the author issued a survey questionnaire on the status of performance assessment of high-skilled personnel in the equipment manufacturing industry to several typical equipment manufacturing enterprises,summarizing the current status and problem analysis of performance assessment of high-skilled talents in the equipment manufacturing industry.The main problems include unreasonable indicators and assessment as a result,feedback cannot be followed up.In view of the problems analyzed in the above survey,the author thinks that the performance appraisal model of high skilled personnel in equipment manufacturing industry can be further optimized and upgraded,and puts forward some ideas for the application direction of competency model in this.It mainly uses PDCA cycle to decompose performance appraisal steps,including performance appraisal plan,performance appraisal standard and implementation rules,appraisal operation and application of appraisal results,so as to form a closed loop of performance appraisal and improve the strategic position of performance appraisal.In view of each link of the performance appraisal of high skilled talents,the author has made corresponding optimization and adjustment,aiming to improve the management system,improve the organizational performance,and enhance the international competitiveness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry. |
