The Reform On The Three Basic One High-skilled Talent Training Mode Of Higher Vocational Education

Attaches great importance to the talent training mode reform has becomea hot issue to improve the quality of higher vocational education， it is in thisbackground， this paper puts forward building “three basic one high-skilled“talent training model idea of cultivating talents， as a case study ofe-commerce professional talent training improve the quality of talent cultivationare discussed.There are two outstanding problems about higher education： on the onehand， all sectors of society are in urgent need of highly skilled technicalpersonnel; on the other hand， vocational institute graduates are not satisfiedwith the employment environments.
