Since the implementation of the 13th five year plan,The national governance system and governance capacity have been greatly developed.China’s industry moves to medium and high-end level.The economy is gradually shifting to high-quality development.The core is the development and utilization of human resources,and the quality and quantity of high skilled talents become key factors.For the whole society,economic transformation is both a challenge and an opportunity.The once laborintensive demographic dividend gradually disappeared,high tech strategy and new industrialization have became the leading factors,Enterprises renew and reform technological equipment.It needs a large number of high skilled talents who have professional skills in industries.High-skilled talents are the boosters to upgrade industry,promote technological innovation,transform scientific and technological achievements and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This paper selects H city as the research object of the implementation of highskilled talents training policy,analyzes it from four aspects:police content,police implementation subject,target group and implementation environment,study the problems and put forward optimization suggestions.We hope to form an effective,scientific and standardized policy system,build a modern vocational skills training system,comprehensively improve the quality of high-skilled training,and promote the development of emerging industries and high-tech innovation in H city. |
