Along with the development of education in our country,the number of people studying for master’s degree is increasing,the employment problem increasingly highlights.Under the severe employment situation,the employment pressure of graduates continues to rise,and the anxiety caused by employment has gradually become a universal "heart disease" in the group of masters.In recent years,the proportion of women in the master group has been increasing.Affected by internal and external factors,the anxiety level is increasingly serious,which greatly damages physical and mental health,affects people’s social functions and is not beneficial to the long-term development of the job market in our country.Therefore,to ease the employment anxiety of female master,improve the level of mental health under employment pressure,so that they smoothly complete the road of job search,with a full state of spirit out of the campus to meet the new future,is of great significance to our economic development and social harmony and stability.In this paper,female masters of L University as the survey object,using questionnaire and interview methods to understand the employment anxiety of female masters of L University,summed up the performance of female masters of employment anxiety: passive response to employment,lack of duty and responsibility,avoidance and withdrawal psychology,self-efficacy reduction.On the basis of literature review and data collection,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons affecting the employment anxiety of female masters in L University,and finds that the employment anxiety of female masters in L University is caused by a variety of factors.It includes personal job hunting competitiveness,career planning,peer competition pressure,job hunting competitive atmosphere,lack of school employment guidance,and a sense of frustration,helplessness and isolation formed under the comprehensive factors.In order to better help female masters to relieve employment anxiety,a series of group activities are carried out under the guidance of empowerment theory and group dynamics,combined with the unique psychological characteristics of female masters,and group psychotherapy and rational emotive therapy are used to help female masters to relieve anxiety,master emotional regulation methods,and establish a correct career choice concept.Make a reasonable career plan,and through communication and mutual help among team members,create a positive job-hunting atmosphere,learn job-hunting skills,and enhance employment competitiveness and self-confidence.According to the process assessment and outcome assessment of the activity,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used as the measurement basis to compare and analyze the results before and after the self-rating anxiety of the group members.It was found that the social work professional method could effectively alleviate the employment anxiety of female masters.Finally,the research results were summarized and reflected,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.From the perspective of social work,this paper applies group psychotherapy to solve the employment anxiety of female masters in the process of group work,verifies the effectiveness of social work professional methods to relieve employment anxiety,enhances the ability of group members to adjust their emotions and cope with pressure,improves the mental health level of group members,and achieves the goal of "helping human to help oneself".At the same time,this paper also has some shortcomings.For example,this paper only takes female master’s degree students from L university as the research object and there are more liberal arts majors.In the future research,the scope of research can be appropriately expanded,and research objects of different majors can be selected from many universities for empirical research,so that the research results can be more extensive and representative.
