| Employment is a landmark event for master students to achieve social adaptation after graduation,and promoting the smooth employment of master students is also an important way to achieve national prosperity.Social work,as a helping major to maintain social stability and promote social development,is very necessary to use professional knowledge to help alleviate the employment anxiety of master graduates.In this paper,on the basis of consulting a lot of information,to social practice for convenience,into the university to investigate the employment anxiety of female master students.Social workers distributed questionnaires and self-measuring anxiety scales to target groups,supplemented by interviews,to observe and understand the causes of female maters’ employment anxiety and the degree of anxiety caused by employment,and collated and analyzed the obtained data,so as to determine the service objects of this study from this group.In this study,social workers mainly used the dominant perspective model and the rational emotional therapy model to carry out six interventional services for the service objects,and constantly adjusted and corrected the irrational beliefs,shape their rational thinking,at the same time,help the service object to link resources,promote their active employment from the three aspects of family,peer group and university,and constantly alleviate their negative emotions caused by employment problems.Social works flexible used professional skills to help clients reduce irrational beliefs and shape rational thinking.And help the service object to link resources to promote their employment.With the joint efforts of social workers and clients,the anxiety level of clients changed from moderate anxiety to mild anxiety.Their irrational beliefs are constantly corrected,rational thinking gradually matures,and the service objects can gradually understand themselves correctly,regain self-confidence,and actively face the employment problem. |
