A Study On The Group's Job Intervention In The Employment Anxiety Of The Postgraduates

At present, with the introduction of talent strategy, the rapid development of higher education in China, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,graduate students repeatedly rise, which makes the master graduate employment pressure is constantly increasing, the Employment anxiety problems have become increasingly prominent. Based on the theory of constructivism and the theory of group dynamics, this paper will help master students to master the skills of controlling emotion and interview, so as to alleviate the situation of Employment anxiety.Therefore, in the Master Graduate Employment anxiety is becoming more and more serious today, we should take action, the involvement of social work into the relief of the actual operation of the master's degree of employment anxiety.Based on the relevant research literature on the basis of the theory of constructivism, mirror self theory and group dynamics theory three, graduate from Liaoning X university students as the main object of study, the group work intervention to ease the Employment Anxiety of graduate students to explore and practice of service.This paper through the questionnaire survey,questionnaire survey,interviews in three ways, in-depth understanding of X university graduate employment situation and Employment anxiety; understand that postgraduates have emotional disorders, lack of self-confidence, self cognitive errors and lack of interview skills in job-hunting; and analysis the causes of the problem.The use of group work method, prediction of graduate employment problem of college students X, the definition of group work, the implementation of group activity plan through the design and intervention on the Employment Anxiety of postgraduates,gradually improve Postgraduates' self-awareness, improve job confidence, grasp job skills, and evaluated and the case of group activities.Finally, the paper put forward the conclusion of the government, school, enterprise, family "four in one" to solve the Employment Anxiety of Master graduate students.
