With the development of higher education in china,the number of college graduates increases year by year,the employment pressure of college graduates is increasing,and the anxiety problem of college students is becoming more and more serious.The problem of employment anxiety college students is not only influenced by the objective factors such as society and family,but also restricted by the subjective factors of college students.Employment anxiety has a different degree of influence on college students’ physical and mental health.Under the guidance of cognitive therapy theory and mirror self theory,this paper corrects the improper anxiety of new graduates.The article uses the group work method to carry on the intervention to the group member’s anxiety psychology.A total of panel activities.Through preparation,implementation and summary of the four stages of the process,so as to reduce the anxiety of the subjects,so that they can regain their confidence in employment.First of all,this paper chooses L University as the place of investigation.Using questionnaire and unstructured interview to find out the anxiety of fresh graduates.According to the results of the investigation,this paper summarizes the employment anxiety,performance,causes and effect of the graduates.Design of group activities based on survey data and cognitive therapy and my theory in the mirror.Secondly,conduct of group activities in accordance with the programme of activities of the group.Making full use of the theory of cognitive to make college students carry out cognitive reconstruction.Cognitive correction from subjective and objective aspects,thus forming an accurate self-orientation.And help the team to learn the skills to deal with anxiety,improve confidence in employment.In the course of carrying out group activities,use group dynamics to form group consensus.Again,group activities are assessed through client satisfaction assessments,team goal assessments and professional assessments of social workers.In this process,the scale and questionnaire were used to measure the results before and after,compare the results of the measurements to assess changes in team members and the effectiveness of group activities.Final summary assessment by social workers.Summarize the advantages anddisadvantages of group activities.Finding out the effect of group working method on alleviating employment anxiety of fresh graduates.Search for effective countermeasures to alleviate employment anxiety of graduates and put forward policy suggestions.
