Employment anxiety has gradually become one of the mental health problems that can’t be ignored by postgraduates.The research results of China national mental health development report from 2019 to 2020 show that 35.5% of Postgraduates may have a certain degree of depression,12.1% of postgraduates have a high risk of depression and 60.1% of postgraduates have anxiety problems.However,the current research on Employment anxiety mostly focuses on the impact of a single factor on Employment anxiety or the impact of a single factor on Employment anxiety under the influence of intermediate control variables,and the research objects are mostly undergraduate graduates.Therefore,this study takes the postgraduates of Anhui local universities as the research object,trying to explore the factors affecting their employment anxiety,in order to put forward some suggestions to alleviate their employment anxiety.Based on the theories of self-efficacy,people’s all-round development and human capital,this study analyzes the influencing factors of Employment Anxiety of Postgraduates in school A from four aspects: individual,school,family and society.This study collects effective sample data in the form of questionnaire and uses the statistical analysis software spss23 0 analyze the valid sample data.Firstly,this paper studies the differences of demographic variables in Postgraduates’ Employment anxiety: the study found that there are significant differences in gender,grade,major and student cadre experience in Employment anxiety.There is no significant difference in Employment Anxiety between training types and unit expectations.The Employment Anxiety of women was significantly higher than that of men;The level of Employment Anxiety of third grade graduate students is significantly higher than that of other grades;The Employment anxiety level of students majoring in economics,finance and accounting is significantly higher than that of students majoring in other majors;The Employment anxiety level of students with student cadre experience is significantly higher than that of students without student cadre experience.Secondly,it studies the correlation between variables and postgraduates’ Employment anxiety.It is found that there is a significant correlation between their quantity and Employment anxiety.The correlation is: there is a significant negative correlation between employment preparation,self-evaluation ability,job-hunting self-confidence,family capital,school employment guidance,school social influence and Employment anxiety;There is a significant positive correlation between parents’ employment expectation,employment situation and Employment anxiety.The correlation degree is: the correlation between Employment anxiety and employment situation is the closest,followed by job-hunting self-confidence,employment preparation,etc.Thirdly,this paper studies the influencing factors of Postgraduates’ Employment anxiety,and brings the demographic variables and their respective variables with significant differences in Employment anxiety into the logistic regression model.It is found that employment preparation,self-evaluation ability and employment form have a significant impact on Employment anxiety,among which the direction of influence is: Employment preparation has a significant negative impact on Postgraduates’ Employment anxiety,Self-evaluation ability has a significant negative impact on Postgraduates’ Employment anxiety,and employment situation has a significant positive impact on Postgraduates’ Employment anxiety;The influence degree from high to low is: employment situation,employment preparation and self-evaluation ability.Finally,according to the empirical results of this study,this paper puts forward targeted ways to alleviate employment anxiety from four aspects: individuals,schools,families and society.Individuals should actively deal with employment problems,establish a reasonable career concept,and actively prepare for employment according to their actual situation.Colleges and universities should combine the social demand for talents,rationally set up majors,optimize curriculum,and provide necessary employment guidance for graduate students.The government should create a good employment environment from a macro perspective;Families should provide necessary emotional and spiritual support for graduate students.In the end,the employment anxiety relief pattern of graduate students will be formed,which will promote their better and faster employment and provide talent power for the high-quality economic development. |
