In recent years,with the promulgations of the Standard of Ordinary High School Chinese Curriculum(2017 edition,2020 revision)and the use of the partial edition of high school Chinese textbooks,the requirements of high school teaching evaluation have changed accordingly.In terms of the objective of Chinese evaluation,the New Curriculum Standard takes the improvement of students’ core quality as the fundamental purpose of Chinese curriculum evaluation.In terms of the evaluation method,the "overall plan" puts forward the reform objectives of education evaluation and clarifies the key tasks of education evaluation.The academic circle and front-line teachers are more and more aware of the importance of evaluation and try to make continuous improvement,but there are still problems such as low quality of evaluation subject,single evaluation method and unreasonable use of evaluation scale.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the evaluation subject’s literacy,integrating various evaluation methods and optimizing the evaluation scale,and designs the teaching evaluation example of Rural China,hoping to promote the cultivation and improvement of students’ core literacy.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research origin,research ideas,research methods and literature review.It focuses on defining core concepts such as core literacy,whole book reading and teaching evaluation,and combs relevant literature at home and abroad from three aspects: core literacy,teaching evaluation and whole book reading teaching evaluation.The second part expounds the main evaluation methods and functions in the reading teaching of the whole book,focuses on the analysis of the implementation of CIPP model,response model,collaborative self-evaluation model and other teaching evaluation models which are relatively popular at present.It starts from the fourth generation education evaluation theory,Marx’s theory of human comprehensive development,"Deepening the Overall Plan of educational evaluation Reform in the New Era" and other policy documents.Explain the method and basis of reading teaching evaluation of the whole book.The third part is to investigate the application of evaluation in the whole book reading teaching in high school,sort out the problems,and analyze the causes of the problems,so as to provide the basis for putting forward scientific and efficient evaluation strategies for the whole book reading teaching.The fourth part puts forward the improvement strategies for the problems existing in the evaluation of reading teaching of the whole book,including three aspects: improving the evaluation quality of the evaluation subject,taking into account the integration of various teaching evaluation methods,and optimizing the reading teaching evaluation scale of the whole book.The fifth part is to apply the teaching evaluation strategy to the teaching evaluation of Rural China,which is mainly divided into three parts: design basis,design idea and class period design.
