With the development of modern electronic technology,it has brought us convenience and also changed the way of life of teenagers.Students gradually prefer to use electronic devices as a way of entertainment beyond their studies.Bad postures such as looking down at their mobile phones and reading books for a long time seriously damage students’health,especially in high school.However,the teaching program of physical education in primary and secondary schools in China lacks measures to correct abnormal posture,and the lack of body posture education leads to students ignoring the importance of paying attention to their own body posture.Aerobics is combined with the theory of a variety of sports disciplines.After scientific determination and analysis,it can adapt to the different ages,physical characteristics and exercise styles of the exercisers.Therefore,these movements are both targeted and rigorous[1],and the aerobics exercise is less affected by the site,environment and other factors.If the adolescent body is in bad posture for a long time,it will cause great harm to its growth and adult body,but also cause adverse effects on mental health.This experiment with high school students as the object,through the investigation and analysis of high school students bad posture,for students with bad body posture problem aerobics exercise training intervention,help to correct students’wrong posture,form the habit of daily correct body posture,help to strengthen schools,teachers,parents and students themselves pay attention to avoid bad body posture consciousness,improve bad habits,and improve the health level of middle school students,also help to prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases such as neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.In this study,the library of Fuyang Normal University was used to search relevant books such as"Body training and aerobics","Physical Measurement and Evaluation","Anthropometry and evaluation","Formulation and examples of aerobics teaching documents",etc.By searching the full-text database of CNKI with keywords such as"aerobics"and"bad posture",a large number of periodicals and master’s theses were searched.Systematic literature search is carried out to collect and summarize the research status,theoretical basis and frontier trend in this field,so as to provide reliable theoretical support for the demonstration and analysis of this paper.In this study,literature,expert interview,comparative analysis,testing and experiment were used to study the poor body posture of high school students.Before the experiment,131 students were randomly selected from the high school affiliated to Fuyang Normal University for measurement of poor body posture,and 40 high school students with poor body posture were selected as experimental subjects,and divided into control group(20 students)and aerobics intervention group(20students).The intervention group received 12 weeks of aerobics training,while the control group did not intervene.The data of poor body posture before and after the experiment were collected and analyzed respectively in and out of the group to draw conclusions and put forward suggestions.The study results are as follows:(1)Through the measurement of poor body posture of high school students,the results show that the incidence of bad body posture is very high,and most students have not only one kind of bad body posture,but a variety of bad body posture.Head,shoulder and back problems are particularly prominent in poor body posture,mainly manifested as round shoulder hunchback,head tilt forward,high and low shoulders.High school students pay less attention to body posture,and their cognition level of body posture is low,especially the lack of understanding of their own body posture.(2)No aerobics intervention was performed in the control group.After 12 weeks of normal life,the data of poor body posture increased compared with that before the experiment,and the degree of poor body posture gradually tended to be serious,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of 20 minutes of aerobics exercise 5 times a week in the intervention group,the mean value of body posture data(head tilt forward,round shoulder hunchback,high and low shoulders,long and short legs,X/O shape legs,pelvis tilt forward,scapular asymmetry,scoliosis)was significantly decreased compared with the data before the experiment(p<0.05),and the eight kinds of bad body posture were significantly improved.The body posture of high school students with bad posture showed obvious positive changes.The intervention of aerobics can improve the body posture of high school students with bad posture. |
