| The rapid development of information technology has accelerated social change,and the deep integration with education teaching has become an important content of teachers’ continuing education,and has also brought new paths and methods to teachers’ professional development and growth.In this context,network training has emerged from its diverse subjects,flexible activities,and open environment,and has gradually changed from a "new situation" to a "new normal",becoming an important model for teachers’ continuing education in a digital learning environment.At present,network training based on the improvement of information technology application capacity has received widespread attention,and the construction of a reasonable evaluation index system for the quality of network training of teachers’ information technology application capacity can not only effectively improve the training effect,effectively ensure the improvement of teachers’ information technology application capacity,but also help the continuous improvement of various teachers’ continuing education and training.The research combs the development status of online training evaluation,training evaluation model and teachers’ information technology application capacity systematically.On the basis of these research,based on the theories of learning support services,reflective teaching,and index system design procedures,through literature analysis and research,the index system and weight coefficient of network training quality evaluation of teachers’ information technology application capacity based on the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method are constructed.The evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indicators of "project background","learning support services","training process" and "training results",12 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators,and at the same time,according to the different roles and manifestations of indicators at each level,corresponding evaluation methods and evaluation tools are designed respectively.Taking some network training in the Information Technology Application Capacity Improvement Project 2.0 of primary and secondary school teachers in Inner Mongolia as an example,the evaluation indicators are used to carry out empirical research,so as to further verify and explain the effectiveness of the evaluation index system,evaluation methods and evaluation tools.The results show that the quality of the evaluation index system and evaluation scheme is better.Finally,according to the evaluation results,suggestions for improvement are put forward for the follow-up network training of teachers’ information technology application capacity. |
