China is known as an ancient civilization,the traditional ritual system to solidify the national thinking,"sex" in people’s minds has always been a thing that can not be broken.Since the founding of China,the material and spiritual life has gradually improved,and after the reform and opening up,western education ideas came into the country with the economic development,and the country gradually paid attention to the development of sex education for teenagers,and the importance of sex education was gradually recognized and accepted by everyone,and sex education began to be launched for students of different ages in different areas of the country.The country pays more attention to sex education for junior high school and high school students’ puberty development,but neglects the senior elementary school students who enter puberty earlier due to the improvement of material conditions,especially girls in the senior elementary school,the number of children who are confused and perplexed about "sex" is increasing year by year.This shows the lack of sex education in elementary school.The physical and mental development of girls in upper elementary school is of immeasurable importance,and if they do not receive timely sex education,it will bring immeasurable negative effects to their psychological development and even affect their correct understanding of sex in the future.In this paper,we start from the external appearance of the psychological problems caused by "early sexual maturity" among the upper elementary school girls in changsha City,the current situation of sex education and the study of sex education strategies,and take the upper elementary school girls in an elementary school in changsha City as the investigation subjects.We used literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the psychological problems caused by "precocious sexuality" among girls in the upper grades of elementary school in changsha.We also analyzed and studied the psychological problems caused by "early sexual maturity" and the causes of "early sexual maturity" among girls in the upper grades of elementary school,taking into account the characteristics of educational environment,teachers’ strength and family factors.At the same time,we draw on the effective strategies and advanced experiences of sex education at home and abroad,and make a preliminary attempt to propose strategies suitable for sex education of upper elementary school girls.It includes the understanding and support of the state and society,as well as the cooperation between school and family education,to explore an appropriate path of sex education for girls in upper elementary school,and to help girls in upper elementary school establish positive and healthy sexual values and educate them about sexual physiology,sexual psychology,and sexual protection.Sex education is also an important part of quality education,which plays an important role in improving the scientific and cultural level,physical quality and ideological and moral cultivation of upper elementary school girls,and can promote the overall physical and mental development of upper elementary school girls.It is inseparably related to the marriage,family,sexual morality and love concept of upper elementary school girls after they become adults,and it is an education that affects children’s whole life.
