This research interview and make questionnaires to grade five and six students ofNo. four primary school, the primary school attched to northeast normal university,primary school of No.two experiment school.The content is students'level of sexmaturityrating,sexual psychology,values of sex,self-regulation.Conclusions of This research:(1)On sex maturityrating aspect, close to 1/3 grade five and six students havealready been puberty on the first sex character, on the second sex character,girls'growth obvious quicker than boys', grade six obvious better than grade five.(2)from the stage of sexual psychology, grade five and six students still in thefirst and second phase.The boy's attitude to the nocturnal emission than the girl'sattitude to the menstruation more natural.(3)On values of sex, the boys are more open than the girls.But most of studentsdidn't form themselves. So the primary school is key period to formation of values ofsex.(4)On sex knowledge aspect, the girl would like to accept education from hermother, the boy would like by kinds of media. Call on home education and the regularschool education.(5)On self-regulation aspect, performance lower level.Primary school stage iskey period.I gained two revelations through interview and make questionnaires to grade fiveand six students:(1)we should establish systemic and diverse sex education from the kindergartento primary school, high school and university.(2)The core of sex education in puberty is personality education, the foundationis develop self-regulation.
