| With the development of urbanization,a large number of young rural labourers have begun to flow into large cities,and great changes have taken place in rural families,especially in the areas of family structure and family function,as well as a result of medical care in both rural and urban areas,There are huge differences in education and health,and under the dual urban and rural household registration management system,the rural labor force is forced to leave their children in the countryside.The lack of family education leads to the existence of child abuse among the left-behind children.The phenomenon of being trafficked and sexually assaulted is obvious.According to the results of previous studies,it is found that the sexual abuse of left-behind girls is more serious,the phenomenon is more obvious,and the consequences are unimaginable and irreparable.Under the guidance of Erikssonundefineds eight-stage theory and crisis intervention theory,this paper uses self-filling questionnaire and open interview to study the intervention of case work on prevention of sexual abuse of left-behind girls.According to the results of interviews and questionnaires,the left-behind girls in the fourth to sixth grades of the school in which case G is located were investigated and studied,according to the results of interviews and questionnaires.A detailed understanding and analysis of the current situation and problems of prevention of sexual abuse among girls in grade 4-6 of the school where case G is located is made to understand the reasons for the dilemma of prevention of sexual abuse.Through investigation and research,the current situation of prevention of sexual abuse among girls left behind in the fourth to sixth grades of the school where case G is located has a superficial and superficial understanding of sexual safety knowledge and sexual abuse.There is no awareness of sexual security andprevention of sexual assault,and no practical skills and methods to prevent sexual assault.And the causes of these problems are the lack of sexual safety knowledge of left-behind girls,the weak awareness of self-protection of left-behind girls,the lack of parental or guardianship responsibilities and the poor quality of guardianship of left-behind girls,and the lack of conditions for sexual safety education in schools,The long-term security mechanism is not perfect enough.Then carry on careful and direct case crisis intervention to case G,including the first step to deal with the crisis in time,the second step to define the goal,the third step to input hope to provide support,the fourth step to restore self-esteem,and the fifth step to develop self-determination ability.It is feasible and necessary to explain and prove the involvement of case work in left-behind girls.Therefore,this topic from three dimensions to explore the case of left-behind girls to prevent sexual abuse specific and effective measures,including crisis intervention,prevention,mechanisms to improve these three aspects,To provide a constructive role for sexual safety education and prevention of sexual abuse in schools and schools,as well as to explore concrete measures to effectively integrate the provision of refined social work services with the prevention of sexual abuse by left-behind girls,For the development of the specialization and localization of social work can be used for reference. |
