In 2009,the General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Campus Football" activity,and issued the "Notice on Carrying out Campus Football Activities for National Youth",which defined the long-term strategic task of the development of campus football.From the perspective of the development of long-term,need science,clear and definite direction,so this article evaluate the construction of campus football features a comprehensive school system,not only can clear the campus football characteristic school development target,emphasis and countermeasure,to promote the development of campus football with primary and secondary schools to form resultant force,improve the campus football characteristic development speed and quality of the school.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the in-depth development of campus football.This study is carried out against the background of the vigorous development of campus football.Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory and systematic scientific method,this study explores and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of campus football based on the existing national policies and previous studies.The significance of this study is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,it can be used as an evaluation standard for the development of school football in primary and secondary schools at all levels.Through the evaluation system,it can objectively reflect the advantages and disadvantages existing in the development of football in the school,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for the school football authorities.Second,the selection of schools with campus football characteristics is the only way for the country to vigorously develop campus football and expand the youth football team.On the premise of national policy,not only need the support of across departments and schools,parents,coaches,and the joint efforts of teachers,also need a scientific and feasible index system as the theoretical support,found through the comprehensive evaluation index system and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of characteristic schools,advantage can provide the correct development direction for other primary and secondary school campus football,insufficient place also can to the school and feedback,the administrative department and find out the corresponding solution.The purpose of the study has not been achieved.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation index system of campus football characteristic schools is constructed by using the method of literature,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)To construct a comprehensive evaluation system for schools with campus football characteristics,multi-index evaluation is carried out by various implementing units of campus football.The connotation is to evaluate and measure the development and current situation of primary and secondary schools that carry out football courses and schools with campus football characteristics,so as to ensure the correct and rapid development of campus football and guide the development direction of campus football.(2)The comprehensive evaluation index system of campus football characteristic schools is constructed,which is composed of 4 first-level indexes,13 second-level indexes and 40 third-level indexes.The first level indicators include: basic system guarantee,development demand guarantee,cultural atmosphere guarantee,safety assessment guarantee;The secondary indicators include: basic situation of the school,human resources,intramural activities,extramural activities,subject demand satisfaction degree,school organization and management,outstanding talent output,function level,value level,ideal level,safety education and publicity,intramural safety routine guarantee,safety emergency rescue guarantee;The three-level indicators include:the number of campus population,the number of professional football venues,the number of government appropriations,the number of football teachers,the number of football coaches,the number of off-campus coaches,the number of training times of coaches,and the number of football matches held in the school every year.(3)AHP was used to establish the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index system of campus football characteristic schools,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the campus football characteristic schools of Yantai No.2 Middle School,and the score of this school was 0.75534798,which was in a good grade.Yantai campus football development started late,but the speed of development is fast,has a huge development potential,this paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,also proved that the use of this method and campus football characteristic school comprehensive evaluation.
