To Construct A Track And Field Referee Comprehensive Ability Evaluation System In Our Country

Due to the continuous improvement of the level of athletes and constantly close to the limits of the human,plus a variety of high-tech equipment to bring on the development of science and technology continue to put into use in the athletics contest,the athletics contest is today in a state of unprecedented development.The development of track and field at the same time,the organization of the track and field competition and the requirements of the referee naturally become more and more high.In our country the research status of track and field referee,although in the training and management of the track and field referee has formed a relatively complete set of training and management system,but the evaluation for every level of the track and field referee and assessment,still lack a set of relatively scientific and perfect evaluation system,so the study for the construction of the track and field referee China’s comprehensive ability evaluation system is of great significance.Four international referees in order to participate the test match in the national track and Field Championship held in Tianjin in 2016,24 national referee,53 national level referee,a total of 81 people as the research object,mainly using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,Delphy method,mathematical statistics method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method screening,analysis and summary of the referee’s comprehensive ability of China’s index,draw the following conclusions:1.Through the investigation and study established the composition of China’s track and field referee comprehensive ability of the four level indicators,namely,occupation morality,professional level,psychological quality and physical quality,so as to construct the structure model of influencing the referee’s comprehensive ability of our country,can provide some reference for the evaluation of the comprehensive ability of our country’s track and field referee.2.Through the investigation and study to establish the influence ofChina’s track and field referee ability index 58,specifically for the occupation moral,professional level,psychological quality and physical quality of 4 first grade indexes to judge;cultivation and safeguard the social morality,strict and impartial law enforcement,with professionalism,mastery of professional knowledge,proficient in track and field competition rules and referees method,good language expression and communication ability,work with patience and good at finding problems,the two indicators to judge hold interest,capable of sustained high strength with cutting work as the representative of the 54.Established the comprehensive evaluation index system of Chinese track and field referee.3.This study to determine the weight of evaluation index system of relevant indicators at all levels affect the track and field referee comprehensive ability of our country,and to quantify the index system,construct the evaluation system of the referee’s comprehensive ability of our country,thus forming a strong operational evaluation comprehensive ability evaluation of China’s track and field referee method.
