| This study mainly uses the teaching objectives and requirements in the Curriculum Standards of Physical Education and Health for Senior High Schools(2017 edition,2020 revision),takes the first perspective of physical education practitioners as the starting point,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics,etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of physical education classroom teaching in Yixing high school and the influencing factors of its effectiveness,applies the evaluation form of physical education classroom teaching to observe and study the practical classroom,summarizes the existing problems of physical education classroom teaching in Yixing high school and puts forward the implementation strategies for improvement,and finally expects to promote the cognition of physical education subjects between teachers and students in Yixing high school and improve the overall level of physical education classroom teaching in high school.The main contents and results are as follows:First,through the basic situation of high school physical education teachers in Yixing City,teachers and students’ cognition of physical education class and the status quo of classroom teaching and other subjective evaluation,combined with teaching influencing factors to analyze the data and summarize the existing problems,such as teachers and students’ insufficient cognition of the new curriculum standards;The teaching content and structure are unitary and students lack subject consciousness.The lack of diversified means and comprehensive evaluation system in classroom teaching;The incomplete application of teaching model weakens the links of student demonstration and classroom evaluation.Ssecond,through literature review and expert interview,the author analyzes the teacher factors,student factors and classroom characteristics,establishes the content details of the second-level evaluation indicators of the effectiveness of the current physical education classroom teaching,assigns scoring values,and applies them to practical classroom observation for analysis and comparison.In addition,combining with existing teaching problems,the author puts forward improvement strategies: 1)The improvement of PE teachers’ professional identity and teaching efficacy;2)To increase the exchange of practical experience in relevant theories and skills courses among senior high school teachers in Yixing;3)Attach importance to the career development of young teachers.They should have the awareness of professional quality improvement,no matter in school or themselves;4)Pay attention to the scientific and rational application of diversified teaching mode,modern technology and interdisciplinary integration;5)Effective implementation of teaching evaluation means;6)Teaching design should meet students’ sports needs and interests,focus on personalized development,and stimulate students’ potential in sports skills and knowledge.Finally,combined with the analysis and comparison of practical classroom teaching cases,it can be shown that the optimization of classroom teaching model and the targeted combination of classroom teaching evaluation can promote teachers’ and students’ cognition of physical education classroom and improve the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching in Yixing high school. |
