Under the background of new era, the new curriculum standards to make education show a new look. The new teaching materials, educational philosophy and educational model have been put forward, its purpose is to take the student as the center, to make the work of education and teaching effective. The theoretical basis is gradually improving at the same time, the practice of education reform of the implementation of the work is imminent. Then, the main role for the teachers and students--education, specifically what kind of role play in the great cause of education, and how to better play the role of its meaning, figure out which are beneficial to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.In this paper, through the analysis and the study of literature, as a prerequisite to the new curriculum standard, in the chemistry teaching is helpful to improve the effectiveness of teaching strategies and put forward some suggestions and ideas. First of all, the thesis analyzes the background of the new curriculum effective teaching in the necessity of practical implementation, through the research of effective teaching at home and abroad on the understanding and interpretation of the new curriculum standard, put forward to achieve the purpose and meaning of the effective teaching of chemistry. Then the concept of effective teaching, effective teaching research significance, principles and under the new curriculum standard as a basis for analysis of the relationship between effective teaching and the new curriculum standard. This is also the innovation of this paper. Then the implementation of effective teaching requires a combination of the theoretical basis of the paper, and finally puts forward some effective measures to adapt to the new curriculum standard.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis to study the effectiveness of chemistry classroom, through the theory and implementation of effective support case, it is necessary to optimize the effectiveness of the chemistry classroom. To study the relationship of new curriculum standard and effective teaching strategies can be put on the practical and effective optimization in order to achieve the ultimate goal of chemistry classroom.
