Since its proposing,the teaching concept of "group reading" has attracted the attention of many front-line teachers,experts and scholars.As a supplement to the teaching form of single-article reading,it has unique teaching advantages,such as improving students’ reading volume and reading speed,developing students’ problem awareness and language use ability,and promoting students’ awareness of independent inquiry and practical innovation.As a treasure in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,ancient poetry contains rich teaching value.However,in the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,there are still problems such as fixed teaching process and utilitarian teaching goals to be solved.Therefore,this paper combines the teaching of ancient poetry and group reading in junior high school,and explores the strategies implemented by group reading in the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,in order to help improve the teaching status of ancient poetry in junior high school,and provide a useful reference for the research of group reading of ancient poetry in junior high school.The main contents of the full text are as follows:Firstly,the research origin of this topic is discussed through the teaching status and teaching method of ancient poetry,followed by a literature review through the research status of group reading and group reading teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,and finally the research methods of this paper are briefly introduced.The first chapter is "Discussion on the Adaptability of Group Reading and the Teaching of Ancient Poetry in Junior High School",which mainly includes an overview of the theory of group reading and the basis for its application to the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school.The theoretical overview is mainly explored from three aspects: conceptual connotation,constituent elements and theoretical foundation,while the application basis is analyzed from the perspective of ancient poetry and its selection characteristics in junior high school textbooks,the requirements of new curriculum standards and the typical characteristics of group reading.In the second chapter,"Investigation and Cause Analysis of the Current Situation of Ancient Poetry Reading Teaching in Junior High School",SPSS software is used to analyze the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in junior high school from the perspectives of students and teachers.Then,based on the analysis of the current situation,the shortcomings in the teaching practice of ancient poetry and group reading in junior high school were summarized,and attributed to them.The third chapter is "Strategies for Teaching Design of Ancient Poetry Group Reading in Junior High School",which summarizes the skills and methods from the perspectives of topic determination,text group methods,and cooperative construction organization,combined with actual lesson examples,and finally puts forward the issues that need to be paid attention to in the implementation process.Chapter four "Practice and Reflection on the Teaching Practice and Reflection of Ancient Poetry Group Reading in Junior High School" first designs the practical teaching of ancient poetry group reading in junior high school according to the academic situation and content,and summarizes and reflects on it compared with excellent teaching cases.Finally,this paper summarizes and reflects on the educational practice value of ancient poetry group reading teaching,and puts forward his own views.The concluding part summarizes the full text,pointing out the shortcomings in the research process of this paper and the direction of future efforts.
