Group text reading,first proposed by Mr.Zhao Jingzhong in 2009.Over recent years group text reading,a teaching hotspot,has been exerting more and more influence.Group text reading refers to the process of selecting a group of articles around one or more topics in a short period of time,and then teachers and students carry out reading and collective construction around the selected topics,and finally obtain a common understanding.This mode of reading is conducive to expanding students' reading,which conforms to the concept of strengthening extracurricular reading in the unified textbook.Furthermore,it can also cultivate students' ability to integrate information and teach students reading strategies.Although there is a general framework for group text reading,the details are not yet perfect.This paper is aimed at combining the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school with the group text reading.After the implementation of the unified textbook in 2017,the requirements for the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school have also changed accordingly.This paper carrys out the research from the following aspects:In the introduction part,this paper presents the development process of group text reading,the definition of the concept and also the purpose of research.The first chapter analyzes in detail the characteristics of ancient poetry and of junior high school ancient poetry teaching.The second chapter is designed to have a better understanding of the current teaching status of ancient poetry in junior high school with the method of questionnare survey.Based on the requirements of "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)" and the "1+X" group text reading,the third chapter puts forward the modeling and teaching strategies of group text reading in the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,which is also a shining point of this paper.The fourth chapter is an example display of the teaching design of ancient poetry using the method of group text reading.This paper closely follows the new concept of unified textbook and the relevant requirements of "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)".In addition,the research strives to break away from the traditional mode of reading single ancient poetry reading which contributes the ideas for the construction of group reading of ancient poetry in junior high school.
