| The purpose of the study: to create a set of school characteristic exercises suitable for junior high school students,through the practice of12 weeks of school characteristic exercises,observe the students’ school cultural identity,physical exercise knowledge and belief in the effect,so as to provide a safe and effective model of school characteristic exercises scientific theory and practical operation basis.Research Methods: In this study,students from the second(7)and(8th)classes of Nanjing Maigaoqiao Junior High School were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 people in each group.The experimental method and questionnaire method were mainly used to carry out the 12-week practice of school characteristic exercises,and the changes of students’ school cultural identity and the effect of physical exercise before and after the experiment were analyzed.Results of the study: 1.The quiet heart rate of the subjects during the music was 91.00±4.97 times/min,and the average heart rate of the final measured school characteristic exercise was 127.38±8.03 times/min.The MET value of the school characteristic exercise from the music was1.38±0.21,and the average metabolic amount was 3.07±0.78 MET.2.After the 12-week school exercise,the scores of school cultural identity,physical exercise knowledge and physical exercise attitude in the experimental group were higher than those before the experiment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the level of physical activity behavior(P>0.05).3.After 12 weeks of school special exercises,the physical exercise knowledge and physical exercise attitude level of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in the level of physical activity behavior between the two groups(P>0.05).Research conclusions: 1.This set of exercises combines the traditional cultural characteristics of the school,mainly martial arts movement elements,and integrates some lively aerobics movements.The movements are simple and easy to learn,suitable for students in this section.2.Combined with the experimental result indicators(heart rate,MET)of the experimental research in this paper,it can be found that the exercise load of this set of school characteristic exercises can reach medium and low exercise intensity,and the exercise load is set reasonably,which meets the physiological and psychological needs of junior and middle school students in exercise and has fitness value.3.The 12-week school special exercise can help improve the awareness level of junior high school students on school cultural identity and physical exercise,and help improve their attitude towards physical exercise.However,the effect of school characteristic exercises on the physical exercise behavior of junior high school students is not obvious.It suggests that changing the physical exercise behavior of junior high school students may be a long and systematic project,with a long way to go. |
