Research On The Creation And Editing Of Primary School BasketballSpecial Class Exercise

Primary school students are the future of our country,their health level affects the development of the country.However,in recent years,the physical level of primary school students in China has shown a downward trend.Recess exercise is a sports activity that students must take part in every day.It is an effective guarantee for students to exercise their bodies and relieve pressure.Under the current situation of education reform,in order to respond to the call of "one school,one ball,one exercise" launched by the Ministry of Education,we actively promote the activities of "one ball,one exercise" into the campus.On the basis of traditional recess exercise,the author creates and composes the activities,which are suitable for the physical quality development of primary school students in the new era.Under the promotion of this policy,it promotes the combination of ball games and gymnastics to some extent,which is born through diversified characteristic recess exercises with the technical movements of ball games as the element and cheerleading as the main manifestation.The purpose of this study is to innovate and enrich the content of students' sports activities,enhance the atmosphere of campus sports culture,cultivate students' interests and habits in sports,so as to improve students' physical and mental health.This study takes the creation and compilation of basketball characteristic recess exercise in primary schools as the research object,and Tai'an City central primary schools as the investigation and practice object.This paper mainly USES the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to create and study the special class exercise of primary school basketball.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)It is very feasible to carry out the basketball characteristic exercises in primary schools.It is easy to operate,safe and interesting,which is conducive to the development and popularization,and meets the current situation of the development of school extracurricular exercise and the needs of the development of sports in the current era.(2)Basketball and cheerleading are integrated,and basketball cheerleading is arranged.It is applied in school,which enriches the activity form and content of the school,and has characteristics and innovation.(3)The complete set of action of the primary school basketball characteristic inter class exercise is scientific and reasonable,which can effectively exercise the students' endurance,strength,balance,flexibility,coordination and other aspects,improve the students' interest inbasketball and cheerleading,effectively strengthen the campus sports culture atmosphere,and conform to the age and physical and mental development characteristics of the new generation of primary school students.(4)The primary school basketball characteristic between classes is a case study of Tai'an central primary school.Through research and investigation,the creation has achieved good results,and has been unanimously recognized by teachers and students.It can provide a reference for the creation of the future between classes.
