As a new sport,the figure jumping rope is loved by people from all walks of life.With its advantages in line with the needs of contemporary social development,various schools incorporate it into physical education activities in different forms to promote the development of school sports culture.In 2016,Jiangxi Provincial Sports Bureau issued an article hoping that all regions would actively respond to the call of their superiors to popularize and promote the synchronized rope jumping in all cities,counties and primary and secondary schools.With the development of education,the traditional school exercises can no longer meet the needs of the all-round development of the school and students,enriching the content of school exercises need fresh "blood" injection,the combination of figure rope skipping and school exercises can not only meet the needs of the development of school exercises,but also promote the development of school sports.Taking Fengcheng No.9 Middle School as a case study,this study studied how to create and practice the characteristic class exercises of figure rope skipping in junior high school,and summarized the experience of combining figure rope skipping with school class exercises,so as to provide reference for related schools and middle school physical education teachers.The research mainly adopts the literature method,field observation method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to study the creation basis and influence factors of characteristic class exercise of figure rope jump,the screening and arrangement of figure rope jump movements,and the practice results of complete sets of movements.The results show that:(1)The main factors influencing the development of figure rope skipping in Fengcheng No.9 Middle School are the opinions of the principal and the professional ability of the physical education teachers.The support of school leaders is the basic guarantee for the smooth development of activities,and the physical education teachers' ability is the technical guarantee for the quality of class exercise activities.(2)In the movement creation and practice teaching,it is found that the 1-3 movements are more suitable for the creation and creation of the break exercises among the six levels of specified movements of figure rope jump,because of the low difficulty of movements,wide range of music choices and low requirement on students' physical quality.In addition,in the actual teaching,it is necessary to arrange the difficult movements according to the learning situation and the rules of movement,arrange the connecting movements reasonably and scientifically,and set the teaching contents according to the class hour plan and the monthly plan,so as to ensure the high quality completion of the special class exercises of figure rope skipping in the prescribed time.(3)Through good supervision means,compared with the traditional class exercises,the development effect and quality of the characteristic class exercises of Figure Rope Jump have been further improved in Fengcheng No.9 Middle School.Good supervision means not only deepen the school leaders and teachers in charge of the full understanding of the class exercise,but also significantly improve the students' participation and enthusiasm.(4)from the point of view of the teaching effect,Fengcheng No.9 Middle School's characteristic class exercise of figure rope skipping has been recongnized and affirmed by the school leaders,formed the pattern rope skipping school team,to increase student's passion for synchronized jumping rope,the campus in a rope skipping "boom",so called,has improved the plait of PE teachers' ability and teaching level.(5)in the practice process,the error rate of the higher movement,such as the "price" replacement way to solve,re-screening the exercise value of the same and the completion of high quality of the movement,improve the completion of the whole class exercise degree and texture.(6)Through social networking platforms and other network technologies,Fengcheng No.9 Middle School has won recognition and praise from parents and other schools,which has strengthened the confidence and motivation of school leaders to promote the figure rope skipping in school and expanded the influence of figure rope skipping in society.In order to be further promoted in Jiangxi Province,this study suggests that :(1)Schools should increase the investment in Figure Rope Skipping and enrich the content and form of Figure Rope Skipping in schools.(2)Teachers should strengthen the study of figure rope skipping,know more types of figure rope skipping,provide more possibilities for the development of figure rope skipping,and show the diversity of figure rope skipping.(3)Adoption of effective means of evaluation and supervision,and participation of teachers and students,to create a good environment for the development of figure rope skipping.(4)By drawing lessons from and learning other excellent and successful experiences,this paper provides ideas for schools to carry out figure rope jump characteristic class exercises.Combined with the actual situation of the school,this paper makes a plan suitable for the school to carry out figure rope jump characteristic class exercises.(5)The local education bureau should actively provide the teaching platform and teaching means,strengthen the communication among various schools,and provide a good environment for the promotion of the special class exercises of figure rope skipping.
