With the state's attention to the large recess activities in primary and secondary schools,the innovation and development of large recess sports activities in primary and secondary schools are gradually colorful.Among them,the form of school recess exercises has changed,enriched and concretized,and a series of innovation and promotion measures of characteristic recess exercises comply with the guidance of national policies.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,field observation,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.This paper investigates and interviews the current situation of the big break in middle schools in Kunming.Taking the Experimental Middle School of Yunnan Normal University as an example,according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of middle school students,this paper tries to innovate the break exercise and cooperate with the school song to form a characteristic break exercise with the school song as the background music,in order to improve the physical quality of middle school students and their understanding of the characteristic campus.Under the development of "one school,one product",develop campus characteristics for the school,increase the ways to publicize campus culture and enrich the forms of activities between classes,so that students can better understand the campus during exercise and integrate into their daily study and life.At the same time,it has certain practical significance for the innovative development of characteristic recess exercises and the establishment of characteristic campus.Through the study of a series of creation requirements and practical application effects of characteristic recess exercises in case schools,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The characteristic self-made exercises in this paper are suitable for case middle school students,and enrich the campus cultural content and the form of recess exercises.2.This paper combines the creation and development of characteristic self-made exercises with campus culture to open up new ideas for the form of large recess sports activities.3.The characteristic self-made exercises in this paper provide a new way for campus culture publicity,improve students' understanding of the school and increase the application scope of the school song.4.Taking the Experimental Middle School of Yunnan Normal University as an example,self-made exercises have been put into use in daily recess activities and passed on.5.The characteristic self-made exercises in this paper have been carried out smoothly in the case school,performed many times,played well,and won the unanimous praise of students,leaders and teachers.Through the research,the author puts forward the following suggestions:1.Middle school front-line teachers should constantly learn and strengthen their professional ability in recess exercises,and strive to improve their innovative development thinking and ability.2.The school should pay more attention to the big break activities,especially the students' attitude towards the break exercises.3.The school should strengthen the development of its characteristic projects and the extensive publicity of campus culture.4.When creating characteristic self-made exercises or other dance classes,creators should avoid over specialization,dancing and feminization of movements,and should arrange movements according to the psychological and physiological characteristics of middle school students.5.If conditions permit,the school can regularly organize exercises competitions between classes to improve the enthusiasm of students to participate6.Attention should be paid to the research and construction of campus culture and sports culture.
