Study On The Course And Experience Of Labor Education In Colleges And Universities Since Reform And Opening Up

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has paid more attention to the development of labor education in colleges and universities,and has integrated labor education into the national education system as an independent course,so that it has entered a new stage of development.Labor education in colleges and universities has been valued by the Party and the state,not only because its current development is hindered,a small number of colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to labor education,and a small number of college students despise labor;It is also because it has a comprehensive role in educating people,labor as a practical form of theoretical knowledge,labor education is conducive to the all-round development of college students’ moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.The study of the course and experience of labor education in colleges and universities since the reform and opening up links the development of labor education in colleges and universities with the process of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is conducive to forming a systematic and three-dimensional understanding of labor education in colleges and universities,and giving full play to the role of labor education in colleges and universities in comprehensively cultivating college students,comprehensively promoting society,and supporting the Chinese dream.This paper studies the course and experience of labor education in colleges and universities since the reform and opening up,uses documentary research,comparative research and the combination of history and logic,takes root in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,bases itself on Marxist scientific theory,and grasps the self-development and social development logic of labor education in colleges and universities in the process of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The paper is divided into three parts,the first part introduces the theoretical basis of labor education in colleges and universities.Explore the excellent traditional labor ideas among the three masters of Confucianism and Mo,explore the advanced labor education ideas of Marxist classic writers such as Marx and Engels,Lenin,and Mao Zedong,and reflect the theoretical origin of socialist labor education with Chinese characteristics;The second part studies the development of labor education in colleges and universities.Based on the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the 14 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the course of labor education in colleges and universities since the reform and opening up is divided into four stages: the early stage of reform and opening up(1978-1992),the initial period of the establishment of the socialist market economy system(1992-2002),the period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way(2002-2012),and the new era(2012-present).Then specifically study the background,background requirements,educational content and practice methods of labor education in colleges and universities in the stage;The third part summarizes the historical experience of the development of labor education in colleges and universities.We must continue to adhere to the good experience in history,continue to improve the experience that is not good enough in history,and guide the development of future labor education with practical experience.Through the study of the development process of labor education in colleges and universities since the reform and opening up,it can be seen that the connotation of labor education in colleges and universities has been continuously enriched,the methods have become increasingly diverse,and the nature has gradually returned to human nature from instrumental nature,and it can be concluded that labor education in colleges and universities does play an irreplaceable and important role in promoting all-round human development and social progress.Therefore,we should continue to take Marxist labor education thought as the guide,adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China over labor education,implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Labor Education with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,continue to improve the education pattern of "home-school clubs",develop the training system of "learning,research and production",and build an education system of "moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor".
