Research On Labor Education In Harbin Colleges Of Heilongjiang Province

The General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor is of great significance for the development goals and requirements of labor education in higher education institutions.And he provides clear guidance for the development and practice of labor education in higher education institutions.The introduction of "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era" and "Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" put forward a blueprint for the concrete implementation of labor education in colleges and gave comprehensive suggestions in the aspects of target and connotation,nature and concept,approach and evaluation,plan and execution and condition guarantee.Labor education in higher education institutions plays an important role in improving the higher education system and improving the educational management mechanism of higher education institutions.It is a key initiative to train modern students to form correct labor concept,cultivate necessary labor ability and develop good labor behavior and spirit.It is imperative for schools to vigorously carry out labor teaching in order to promote the comprehensive development of schools and assist social training service personnel on behalf of needs.However,the implementation of labor education still face some problems in the process of teaching development in colleges,which leads to the significance and effect of labor teaching in colleges.This paper takes labor education in colleges as the topic and systematically analyzes the development of labor education in colleges.Taking colleges of Heilongjiang Province in Harbin as the research object through searching engines and accessing to their official websites,wechat public platforms and visits.The formal documents of their labor education implementation plans and teaching syllabuses are obtained for text analysis.And Excel is used for data statistical analysis for understanding the situation of labor education in colleges of Heilongjiang Province in Harbin to analyze problems and causes.In view of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward detailed countermeasures and suggestions by combining with the effective experience of labor education in colleges at home and abroad from four aspects:innovation of labor teaching concept in colleges,improvement of labor curriculum construction in colleges,perfection of labor system system in colleges and optimization of labor security ability in colleges.
