Under the influence of multiple values,contemporary workers show representations that contains a strong appeal for labor ethics,and pedagogy is precisely a research perspective and realization path that can respond to the fundamental purport of labor ethics.Therefore,labor ethics education needs to be faced up.Based on reviewing the situation of the times,contemporary labor ethics education integrates the inheritance of historical values,contemporary life patterns,and future talent expectations.It is the core purpose of labor education.Therefore,I proposes to change the perspective from "labor education" to "labor ethics education",and consider labor education from the perspective of labor ethics,to build a better practice ecology of labor education and clarify the overall value of labor for people’s free and all-round development.Combined with reality,I focuses on three questions: first,what are the practical difficulties of labor ethics education? Second,how does labor ethics education exist in the practice of labor education? Third,how to better realize labor ethics education?Focusing on the research problems,I uses the qualitative research paradigm and selects Laiming primary school as the case study object.Through on-the-spot observation,in-depth interviews,and collection of physical materials,this paper shows the practical dilemma of labor ethics education in Laiming primary school,then analyzes its causes from multi-dimensional factors,and puts forward the prospect of labor ethics education.The findings and conclusions are as follows.Firstly,I construct the ethical education of labor subjects,the ethical education of labor relations,and the ethical education of the labor system as the analysis framework.I found that:(1)at the aspect of labor subject ethics,there are some practical problems in labor education practice,such as the mediocrity of value orientation,the fuzziness of task understanding,and the shielding of individual value by collective labor.(2)At the ethical aspect of labor relations,the understanding and construction of the relationship between man and others,nature and society are not enough,resulting in problems such as abstract ecological nature,false communication practice and narrow collective consciousness.(3)At the ethical aspect of labor system,it reflects the contradictions in the process of labor.On the one hand,elite "labor managers"(class cadres),as "power holders",lack empathy for other workers while performing their duties;On the other hand,"ordinary workers" have distorted motivation to observe discipline when facing rules and regulations,which leads to the deviation of the effect of labor education.Second,based on the theory of "two levels and three factors",I analyzes the root causes of the loss of labor ethics education from three aspects: subject factors,activity factors,and environmental factors.Specifically,(1)at the level of subjective factors,teachers’ tasks of labor education are mostly carried out passively.The passive cognitive intake mode,the motivation to deviate from labor justice,and the separation between research and practice affect the implementation effect.Parents have great differences in achievement expectation,rearing style,and degree of cooperation;Due to the uneven individual labor ability,the internal value order of utilitarianism,and the valuable source of relying on evaluation,students’ actual motivation,action,and effect of participating in labor are different,which puts forward higher requirements for the design and implementation of labor education.(2)At the level of activity factors,firstly,there are some problems in the design of labor education activities,such as the type of activities that pay more attention to skills than ethics,the purpose of activities that pay more attention to breadth than positioning,and the content of activities that pay more attention to commonness than individuality.Secondly,there are some problems in the process of activities,such as the "externalization" of labor purpose,the "separation" of labor tasks,the "discipline" of educational methods,the "formalization" of vocational enlightenment,and the "slogan" of innovative labor.Finally,there are some problems in activity evaluation,such as the "surface" of labor evaluation,the "digitization" of evaluation indicators,and the lack of evaluation of "teaching".(3)At the level of environmental factors,the crux of school labor education practice mainly includes three aspects:cultural confusion,development myth,and management chaos,which reflects the fuzziness and development limitations of labor education practice.I look forward to the future of labor ethics education.The key performance is that we should first change the perspective and strengthen the guidance and care of labor ethics education.Secondly,it confirms the three-dimensional existence premise of labor ethics education,including natural,social and humanistic coexistence.Thirdly,the action blueprint of "school family society" is constructed as an important condition for the coordinated promotion of labor ethics education.Finally,on this basis,try to reshape the labor ethics education of labor education at the practical level,taking the evaluation index of labor education as an example,to highlight the practical value of labor ethics education. |
