"Training a large number of high-quality and practical tour guide service talents in the front line of production and service" is one of the teaching objectives of tour guide service specialty.After graduation,the students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools step into the society,go to work and cultivate professional talents required by enterprises,which is an important goal of the teaching of tour guide service specialty.Lhasa City of Tibet Autonomous Region takes tourism industry as an important pillar of economic development.It has a great demand for professional tour guides and service personnel,especially in the peak season of tourism every year.Through the study of the tour guide service specialty of Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational and Technical School,this paper finds that the situational teaching method is very applicable and practical in the tour guide service specialty.Firstly,this paper combs the theoretical knowledge of situational teaching method,and on this basis,through interviews,literature research,case studies and other methods,it analyses the students' learning situation,teaching situation and problems encountered by the tour guide service major in Lhasa Second Secondary Vocational and Technical School,and analyses the reasons.Based on modern teaching theory,it constructs four principles and three principles for the implementation of situational teaching.Four steps are put forward to implement situational teaching: knowledge preparation-teacher guidance-role assignment-evaluation and reflection,situational simulation teaching of tour guide service specialty based on actual case analysis,situational case analysis teaching based on "Western Food Platform" and "Scenic Spot Interpreter" as examples to promote the teaching of situational case analysis.The professional and comprehensive abilities of the students majoring in tour guide service in Sashi No.2 Secondary Vocational and Technical School.
