Research On Collectivism Values Of Post-00 College Students And Its Cultivation

Collectivism,as an important part of the socialist moral system,is the basic guiding principle of our people in dealing with the relationship between the individual,society and the state.In the world,the discussion on the individual and the collective has always existed,and individualism and collectivism,as two opposing value concepts,exist in different mainstream value orientations in China and the West respectively.In contrast to the Western-dominated individualism,which believes in "natural human rights," collectivism has always been emphasized by mainstream public opinion in China,which advocates the "homogeneity of family and nation.Xi Jinping has mentioned more than once that education on patriotism,collectivism and socialism should be strengthened,and people should be guided to establish a correct view of history,nation,country and culture.In the course of the struggle against the epidemic,the basic social value of collectivism has accumulated a strong spiritual support for our people to achieve a stage victory in the struggle against the epidemic with one heart and soul,and the strong sense of collectivism and solidarity of the national group has also enabled China to rapidly achieve the world’s astounding Chinese speed,Chinese efficiency and Chinese power.Therefore,in the new historical journey of building a strong socialist modern country,we need the "post-00" college students born after the new century to be guided by collectivist values,to link their personal development with the destiny of the country,and to integrate their personal ideals into the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.To this end,this paper examines the collectivist values of the "post-00s" college students in the following sections.In the first part,a theoretical study related to collectivist values is conducted.Conceptually,the dialectical unity of collective and individual interests,the priority of collective interests over individual interests,and the importance and protection of individual legitimate interests are the three main principles of collectivist values.From the theoretical basis,the classical Marxist writers and the theoretical achievements related to the collectivism of the Chinese Communists provide the theoretical basis for the article.From the viewpoint of the contents included,willingness to give,mutual cooperation and public spirit are the core elements necessary in the practice of collectivist values.from the significance,strengthening the cultivation of collectivist values among the "post-00" college students is essential for both the realization of comprehensive personal development and the promotion of socialist core values and the cohesion of From the perspective of significance,strengthening the cultivation of collectivist values among "post-00" college students is of great significance and value,both for achieving comprehensive personal development and for promoting socialist core values and gathering strength to realize the great revival of the Chinese dream.In the second part,the survey analyzes the current situation of collectivist values among the "post-00" college students.The empirical investigation was conducted through questionnaires and case interviews,and it was found that the current situation of collectivist values among the "post-00" college students is mainly characterized by strong willingness to contribute but lack of practical action,mutual cooperation and personal development,and high self-discipline but insufficient public participation."Finally,the demographic variables are divided into three attributes: individual,school and society,and the differences are analyzed.In the third part,the reasons for the deficiency of collectivist values among the "post-00" college students are analyzed in detail.After in-depth consideration and further discussion,it is found that the main reasons for this undesirable status quo are the influence of factors such as reduced sociality of value subjects,more fragmented information acquisition,and rational and pragmatic behavioral motives,which are included in the intergenerational characteristics of the "post-00" group;the influence of social environment formed by bad social culture,complex network environment,and campus atmosphere emphasizing competition;and the influence of utilitarian education due to family education tending to be utilitarian,as well as the influence of speech and language.The influence of the social environment formed by the bad the emotional foundation of collectivism for the "post-00s" college students through emotionally impressing their hearts,strengthening cultural construction,and using example demonstration method.Thirdly,through the education function of college activities,broadening the field of social practice,and widely carrying out volunteer services,we can practice the code of behavior oriented by collectivist values.
