| As an important part of socialist core values,collectivism values have high social cohesion and rationality of The Times.As successors and builders of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,college students in the new era are the backbone to help realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This special status also determines that they must become the identifiers and practitioners of collectivist values.However,contemporary college students grew up in China’s reform,opening up and rapid development,in the course of steady progress and great achievements,in the impact of market economy,the change of the arrival of network age,family structure,the lack of education in colleges and universities as well as imperfect own personality development under the influence of a number of reasons,such as showing more strong sense of self and the individual demands,In the age when the physical and mental development is not fully mature,the identification and practice of collectivist values show a certain degree of separateness,conditionality and complexity.Following the basic research path of "question raising--problem analyzing--problem solving",this paper is divided into three parts,that is,taking the actual situation of college students’willingness to practice collectivist values as the starting point,exploring the characteristics and causes of college students’ willingness to practice collectivist values,and finally proposing targeted solutions.In order to help contemporary college students to improve the degree of identification and practice of collectivist values,enrich and develop the applied theory of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and better help the new generation of young friends to establish the correct value orientation and achieve free and comprehensive development.In the first part of the article,the author will focus on "finding the problem".Starting from the connotation and concept of "collectivism" and "collectivist values",and on the basis of predecessors,the author analyzes and summarizes the degree of identity and practice intention of college students’ collectivist values,and finds that there are indeed some shortcomings in the education of collectivist values in college students at present.As a result,there exists a certain degree of "separation of knowledge and action" in the values of collectivism among college students.In order to have a more in-depth and detailed understanding of this reality,the author selected some college students from three universities in Liaoning Province as samples,conducted questionnaires and interview surveys on them,explored the subjective and objective factors that affect the students’ willingness to practice collectivism values,and conducted an empirical test on them by using the situational simulation method.The results show that the willingness of college students to practice collectivism is indeed very complex and conditional.It is also influenced by a variety of subjective and objective factors,such as "collective level","membership","nature of collective interests","size of collective interests","degree of individual sacrifice","reward for individual sacrifice","degree of individual sacrifice of other members","expectation of the probability of realizing collective interests" and "expectation of the role played by individuals in the collective".In the second part,the author focuses on "analyzing the problem".The author through to further analyze the summary of the survey data,induce students practice collectivist values will presents the four basic characteristics:the pursuit of the unity of reason and sensibility,and the pursuit of the unity of personal interests and collective interests,the pursuit of the unity of the collective rights and collective obligations,the pursuit of individual freedom within the collective and the status of the unification,also there are three problems:Strong dependence on the trade-off of own gains and losses,strong appeal to collective obligations and strong dependence on the representation of individuals in the collective.In view of the new characteristics and problems arising from the willingness of college students to practice collectivism values,the author further analyzes the causes,such as:the awakening of college students’ subjective consciousness,competitive consciousness and practical spirit caused by the impact of market economy;A variety of challenges brought by the rapid development of the Internet era;Realistic problems of the ideological and political education;The new family structure that makes college students trapped in the cycle of "egotism" and under great pressure;The special stage that the physical and mental development of college students is not synchronized will have an impact on the degree of cognition and willingness to practice collectivist values of contemporary college students.In the third part of the article,the author will focus on the countermeasures to improve the willingness of college students to practice collectivism values.The paper attaches importance to the guiding role of the society,strengthen the leading role,improve the supporting role of the family,the internalization of college students themselves and enhance the role of four perspective,put forward the response to contemporary college students to practice the will of the collectivist values change characteristics of countermeasures,nowadays college students collectivism education provides the necessary theoretical and practical contributions. |
