Volunteer Action And The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Collectivism Values

The collectivist values are values that are compatible with the development of socialism,are the core of socialist core values,and are the important content of current ideological and political education for college students.To nurture the collectivist values of college students,it is necessary to combine theory with practice and combine ideological and political education in universities with practical activities.Volunteer action is an important practical activity and has a positive effect on promoting social harmony and strengthening socialist spiritual civilization.Studying the influence of volunteer action on college students' collectivism values can provide reference for the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,improve the effectiveness of college students' collectivist values cultivation work,and at the same time promote the rational and effective development of college students' volunteer activities.Therefore,according to the literature data,a questionnaire was selected to select some of the undergraduates in four universities in Gansu Province to issue questionnaires.SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the survey data.The contrastive study was used to examine the difference in the collectivist values between volunteers and non-volunteers.Sex,and analyze the causes of the differences,and on this basis put forward some reasonable initiatives to carry out volunteer activities of college students,using volunteers as a carrier to cultivate college students collectivist values.First of all,it elaborates on the connotation and essence,development and improvement of collectivist values,sums up the connotation and evolution of volunteer action,and studies the internal unity of collectivist values and volunteer action,which serves as the basis for research.Secondly,according to a large number of documents,collectivist values questionnaires were developed,and they were examined from the perspectives of collectivism,collectivism,collectivism,collectivism,and collectivism,followed by partial selection of four universities in Gansu Province.Samples of undergraduate students are surveyed,targeted interviews are developed,representative cases are selected for interviews;once again,data are analyzed to examine the differences in the values of collectivist values between volunteers and non-volunteers,and from the perspective of volunteerism.The causes of the differences are analyzed in terms of actions,ideological and political education in universities.Finally,based on the analysis of the collectiveness,difference and difference attribution of college students' collectivist values,it is concluded that the measures and suggestions for fostering the collectivist values of college students based on volunteer actions are mainly in three aspects:First,strengthen the volunteer activities of college students.The system construction includes recruitment system,incentive system,and training system.Second,to give full play to the role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to activelycultivate college students' volunteer spirit and enhance collectivist cognition.The third is to use government forces to support university volunteer activities,including legislative support,policy support,and financial support.
