The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" mentioned: focus on cultivating high-quality workers and technical and skilled personnel.In 2021,the general offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council issued the Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education and issued a notice,requiring all localities and departments to conscientiously implement it in light of the actual situation,and pointed out that it is necessary to "vigorously improve the quality of running secondary vocational education" and "innovate teaching models and methods"."Project teaching,situational teaching and modular teaching are widely carried out to promote the deep integration of modern information technology and education and teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching." It can be seen that cultivating high-quality secondary vocational students and improving their core literacy have become the top priority of vocational education development.Based on this,the research status at home and abroad is first sorted out,and then the concept of "three teachings"(teaching thinking,teaching experience,teaching expression)is proposed to apply to the "E-commerce Basics" course of secondary vocational education,and then based on constructivist learning theory,humanistic theory and recent development area,combined with the tasks and course nature of the "E-commerce Basics" course and the learning status of secondary vocational students.Taking two classes of secondary vocational school in Guizhou Province as the research object,through the distribution of questionnaires,data collection,and SPSS software were used to test the learning effect of the two classes of students after teaching practice,and finally the teaching effect was analyzed and the teaching experience was summarized.It is found that the teaching design and application of the "three teachings" concept in the course of "E-commerce Basis" in secondary vocational schools is conducive to improving students’ interest in learning,promoting students to think positively,experience independently,be good at expressing,and cultivate students’ core literacy,which meets the requirements put forward by the development of vocational education in China.
