At present, one of the important strategic goals of China’s education reform is to train students to study independently, which is reflected in the Outline of National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020.In this document, the essential requirements and original purpose of autonomous learning are explained. In order to cultivate students’ autonomous learning,we should respect the educational law and students’ physical and mental development, consider students’ individual differences, and carry out targeted education.According to the understanding of the connotation of autonomous learning, students’ autonomous learning is generally embodied in the following aspects, including determining learning objectives, making learning plans, choosing learning methods, monitoring learning process and evaluating learning results. The characteristics of autonomous learning can be summarized into three points: initiative, effectiveness and relative independence.Vocational education is employment-oriented education, and professional related operation skills are an important learning content in secondary vocational schools, while practical training courses are an important way to cultivate students’ practical operation ability in secondary vocational schools. For students majoring in e-commerce in secondary vocational schools, there are two paths to choose from after graduation,to work and to go to a higher school. However,no matter which way, students are required to have the ability to continuously update their knowledge and skills.Cultivating students to study independently in the practical training course of e-commerce in secondary vocational schools means that students can update their skills with the development of social environment and major, which can greatly promote the sustainable development of e-commerce students in secondary vocational schools. However,at this stage, secondary vocational education is in the development stage current situation of self-regulated learning of students majoring in e-commerce in vocational schools, finds out the existing problems, finds out the factors that affect students’ self-regulated learning, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. It is of great significance to fully mobilize students’ subjective initiative and improve students’ self-regulated learning in and teachers of e-commerce major in two secondary vocational schools in H city as the investigation objects.Through questionnaire survey, interview and observation,it concludes that the main factors that affect the self-regulated learning performance of e-commerce major students in secondary vocational schools are learning motivation, learning methods, learning process, learning time, learning results, learning environment, teachers’ teaching and evaluation. It is found that students have the following problems in autonomous learning: their learning motivation needs to be improved;Lack of efficient learning methods suitable for practical training courses;Lack of self-control in the process of practical training;Learning time cannot be reasonably planned in practical training courses; There is a single point of view on the learning results of practical training courses; The teaching links of practical teachers are missing, and the teaching methods and evaluation methods are single;Students’ autonomous learning is greatly influenced by the environment. The reasons for the above problems are complex and diverse, and the following four points are summarized:students have not developed good study habits;Learning objectives are unclear, and career planning is lacking;Training teachers have a vague understanding of autonomous learning;Lack of awareness of the importance of students’ autonomous learning in practical training courses. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward from the perspective of teachers and schools: teachers should stimulate learning motivation and guide students to master and use appropriate learning methods;Pay attention to students’ personality characteristics and cultivate students’ self-control ability;Make clear the learning time and learning goal of practical training, and evaluate the results of practical training from multiple perspectives.Enrich the learning resources of practical training courses, improve the teaching links and adopt flexible teaching modes. The school includes conducting independent study lectures to deepen the understanding of teachers and students;Constructing communication channels between home and school, maintaining and promoting students’ autonomous learning;Actively carry out the reform of the teaching mode of "integration of class and competition";Build a good learning atmosphere and correct students’ learning attitude.Suggestions for improvement are mainly made by teachers and schools. It is hoped that through the guidance and requirements of teachers and the attention and improvement of schools, the autonomous learning performance of secondary vocational e-commerce students in practical training classes can be effectively improved, and the goal of training applied skilled talents serving the society in secondary vocational schools can be realized.
