The ministry of education officially released the overall framework of "Chinese students’ development of core literacy" in September,2016.Core literacy has become an important goal and trend in the field of education reform in China.However,there is a contradiction between the demand for outstanding graduates from all sectors of society and the low core vocational literacy of students in secondary vocational school s.To solve this contradiction,it is necessary to improve the quality of school education,improve the quality and skills of students,so that students can meet the needs of all sectors of society.We must adhere to the basic principles of solving the contradiction from the current situation of secondary vocational schools and from the reality in order to strengthen the management of the various work of the school,improve students’ quality and ability,so that they can meet the needs of social development and become the all-round development people.The author puts forward the "8 s" management into the class management to foster the core literacy of the students in secondary vocational schools.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,educational investigation and mathematical statistics research to study the subject of cultivating the core literacy of secondary vocational students based on "8S management".This paper first introduces the research background and significance,research status,purposes and methods,and then analyzes the "8 s" management and secondary core literacy related concept and the basic theory.On this basis,this paper has carried on the questionnaire survey and interview research on the current situation and demand of the core literacy cultivation of the students in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of secondary vocational students,teachers and enterprises.Through the analysis,the author finds out that the overall level of core literacy of secondary vocational school students is low at present,besides students are seriously lack of the core literacy of social participation.Secondary vocational schools are lack of the due attention to the core literacy of students,.And school evaluation methods are not balanced,teachers pay too much attention to the teaching of basic cultural knowledge;However,there is a prominent contradiction between the enterprise’s demand for the professional quality of employees and the core quality of secondary vocational students,which is mainly reflected in the gap and dislocation between the current situation of the core quality of secondary vocational students and the enterprise’s demand for the core quality of secondary vocational students.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward the construction of the core curriculum system of the literacy cultivation of the secondary vocational students based on the "8S management" from the following aspects: aiming at developing the core literacy of secondary vocational students to promote their allround development,determining the content of the curriculum system according to the goal,doing a good job in teaching guarantee,and carrying out the pluralistic evaluation of cultivating the core literacy of secondary vocational students based on the "8S management".Finally,combining the experience engaged in secondary vocational school teaching itself,the author puts forward the implementation path of curriculum system of core literacy training for secondary vocational students based on "8S" management from the following aspects: strengthening the teaching management,expanding productive practical training ways and implementing multivariate evaluation.And evaluate the effectiveness of "8S" management in secondary vocational schools through the re-survey of recruitment enterprises. |
