Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the research of core literacy in the theoretical and practical fields.Based on the requirements of sustainable development and the special status of Vocational Education in education,it is necessary to study the vocational core literacy of secondary vocational school students.On the one hand,it can help secondary vocational school students to develop their literacy in an all-round way,It provides theoretical basis and effective ways for the cultivation of vocational core literacy and career development of secondary vocational students;On the other hand,it can provide strategic suggestions for the cultivation of secondary vocational talents,and provide theoretical reference for the state and relevant departments.According to the existing research,combined with the characteristics of Finance and business majors and the current vocational education,this paper studies the concept of vocational core literacy in order to improve the vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students in the current vocational education;Starting from the definition of the concept,combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational finance and commerce professional courses,referring to the relevant research of scholars,the questionnaire is designed.By means of questionnaire survey and teacher interview,this paper investigates and evaluates the course satisfaction of the students majoring in finance and business in the secondary technical school affiliated to Liaoning LS University;Based on the professional core literacy,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the existing curriculum,and tries to find an effective way to improve the professional core literacy of secondary vocational school students,so as to help secondary vocational school students adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development,and grow into professional talents more needed by socialist modernization and employers.Through the research,this paper comes to the following conclusions: first,the overall satisfaction of Finance and business majors in the secondary vocational school affiliated to LS University is general;Second,in the dimension of curriculum satisfaction of Finance and Commerce major in secondary vocational school,the highest satisfaction is basic curriculum satisfaction,followed by career development ability,and the least satisfied with job competency;Third,financial and business majors in secondary vocational schools can improve students’ satisfaction in the following ways:(1)enhance the understanding of the core professional quality.(2)The construction of "double qualified" teachers.(3)Establish and improve the curriculum system.(4)Carry out counterpart practical training.(5)Help students to establish a good learning attitude.
