| In order to respond to the aging wave and solve the problems of the quality of life and health diseases of the elderly,all parts of the country have begun to carry out medical and social work ability training.As social workers are important participants in the services of elderly care institutions,the training of medical social work ability helps to strengthen the professionalism and ability of participating social workers in elderly care institutions.However,most trainings lack scientific and professional theories and methods as guidance in the effect evaluation link,and the training effect is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,this study explores the application of the Kirkpatrick model in the evaluation of the training effect of medical social work ability of social workers in elderly care institutions,so as to improve the professional evaluation of the training effect.This study explores the application of the Kirkpatrick model to the effect evaluation of the medical and social work ability training of social workers in elderly care institutions,scientifically evaluates the training effect,finds deficiencies,and proposes improvement countermeasures,so as to improve the management and curriculum settings of the training,and improve the training System to improve the medical and social work capabilities of social workers in elderly care institutions.At the same time,a theoretical,systematic,and scientific evaluation tool is formed to explore the scientific application of the Kirkpatrick model in the training of medical social work ability of social workers in elderly care institutions,so as to promote the construction of social workers in elderly care institutions.This is of profound significance to the professional training of social work and the improvement of social workers’ abilities in elderly care institutions.This article takes the social workers of senior care institutions participating in the training,their colleagues,leaders,and service targets as the survey objects.The training effect is evaluated according to the Kirkpatrick model,which is evaluated from four levels: reaction level,learning level,behavior level and result level.The data results of the reaction layer mainly adopt descriptive analysis methods;the performance of the learning layer is expressed by the mean plus and minus standard deviation,and is analyzed by the multiple linear regression method;the behavior layer and the result layer are evaluated and analyzed by non-parametric tests,and judged by the P value Whether the difference brought about by training is statistically significant.It can be seen from the results that in the response layer effect evaluation,the trainees are satisfied with the content,teachers,implementation and guarantee of the theoretical knowledge,practical skills and other training aspects.The overall effect of the training is relatively good.The difference is statistically significant(P=0.000),and there is a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)between the three factors of academic qualifications,grade certificates and working years;in the evaluation of the behavioral effect,the leadership’s contribution to the training The level of awareness is high,and the work quality of the trainees has been significantly improved after the training;in the result-level effect evaluation,the average score of the service target’s overall service satisfaction with the trainees is significantly higher than that of colleagues,and the scores are all statistically significant(p<0.05).Through the evaluation results at all levels,it is concluded that the current medical social work ability training of social workers in elderly care institutions has significant effects,and social workers in elderly care institutions have improved their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in medical social work.In the course of work,most trainees have significantly improved their professional theoretical knowledge,professional ethics,completion of work plans,and client satisfaction,but they still need to be strengthened in terms of work quality,management capabilities,and lifelong learning capabilities.Therefore,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: 1)Explore diversified education methods and optimize training models;2)Improve the management level of training bases and improve related system construction;3)Strengthen the combination of theory and practice to build a complete practical training model 4)Pay attention to the mutual communication and cooperation of trainees,and form a team awareness training system;5)Strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of training quality,and form an effect evaluation feedback management mechanism. |
