Study On The Mode Of Social Work Intervention Pension Under The Trend Of Medical Support In Hefei

With the deepening of the aging of population in Hefei,the pension pressure is increasing,which is an important aspect of the elderly medical support.In order to actively respond to the aging of the population,Hefei continued exploration and innovation in the pension model.On this basis,the medical support combined with the pension model came into being.In the medical support combined pension mode,medical and health institutions and pension service centers through cooperation to solve the elderly medical difficulties,social workers involved in the pension service center to provide a higher level of pension services for the elderly.In this paper the author analyzes the face of the status of the Hefei pension and pension difficulties,summarize the literature found that social work to a unique role in solving the pension problem,so the author takes Hefei XXX pension service center as an example,the analysis of social work in terms of theory and Practice for the intervention of pension mode of the necessity and feasibility,and through the case,groups,communities of the three methods proved.After summarizing the social work intervention pension difficulties and experience,from the three aspects of government,society and pension institutions put forward to strengthen the intervention of social work in medical raising combined with the pension mode of Hefei city development".In the first chapter,the author analyzes the development situation of domestic and foreign pension mode through the literature method.At the same time in the country's strong support and promote medical raising combined with the pension policy background,Hefei City medical raising combined with the pension mode gradually developed,which triggered the concept of endowment pattern for each review.The second chapter describes the status quo of the elderly in Hefei from the following aspects:family pension,institutional pension and family pension.With the development of politics,economy and other aspects of Hefei,there arc a series of difficulties in the pension system of Hefei.This part analyzes the plight of the status quo of the elderly in Hefei.In the third chapter,after describing the bottleneck of Hefei's old age pension,the author puts forward the new model of "medical support combined with",and applies it to practice.In the practice of the new pension model,the involvement of social workers is essential,this part of the analysis of social work from three aspects,namely,case work,group work,community work.The fourth chapter introduces the significance of social work intervention in the pension model from the theoretical level,and then introduces the practical effect of social work intervention in the new pension model.The fifth chapter mainly medical raising combined with the pension model put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Hefei city",and gradually build special pension model,family pension based on institutional pension supplemented by community care as the basis,to combine the medical support oriented.
