Focus On The Concept Of Medical Humanistic Care: The Application Of Medical Social Work Service Packages

With the development of the medical model from "biomedicine" to "bio-psycho-social medicine",the role of "humanistic care" in the field of medicine has become more prominent,requiring medical workers not only to master superb medical technology,but also to have rich medical humanistic knowledge.However,at this stage,China's medical practice still stays in the biomedical model,and some medical workers also regard "curing diseases" as the only focus of their work,and lack certain medical humanistic care.As a discipline that integrates medicine and social work,medical social work conforms to the connotation of the development of "bio-psycho-social medicine model" with the professionalism of its service subjects,the richness of service content,and the extensiveness of service objects,and can meet people's requirements for "health" and the pursuit of medical humanistic care at this stage.Based on Z Hospital,this paper focuses on the relationship between medical humanistic care and medical social work services.First of all,through the literature research method,the reasons for the lack of medical humanistic concepts in China at this stage and the advantages of medical social work intervention are analyzed,and the construction concept of "medical social work service package" is proposed from the perspective of life care theory.On this basis,according to the literature research and the interview of the previous behavioral events,the service objects of the medical social work service package are the patients,medical staff and hospital management.According to the service target,service content,and the definition and advantages of the health service package,the list of medical social work service packages is clarified.Secondly,taking Z Hospital as a research case of medical humanistic care practice,the content of the medical social worker service package was collected and sorted out through data collection methods such as specific service practice,participation observation method,semi-structure interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,and the practice was carried out through case,group and community work,which promoted the application of the concept of medical humanistic care.Finally,from the five perspectives of patients,medical staff,hospital management,medical social workers and the government,it is necessary to give play to the initiative of the "medical social work service package" in promoting the concept of medical humanistic care.At the patient level,improve the humanistic literacy of patients;at the level of medical staff,improve the humanistic care ability of medical staff;at the level of medical social work,give play to the professional expertise of medical social workers;at the hospital management level,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of hospital humanistic management;at the government level,call on the government to attach importance to the importance of medical humanistic care.
