Research On The Optimization Strategy Of The Prevention Mechanism Of School Bullying Among Junior High School Students

This study takes the C Independent School in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia as a case study.On the basis of combing relevant literature at home and abroad,an investigation and research were carried out.Specifically,the interview method,observation method and questionnaire survey method were used to present the current situation and shortcomings of the school bullying prevention mechanism in the case school.The content of this research is to investigate and study the effect of the school bullying prevention mechanism in the C system,thereby discovering the problems in its mechanism,analyzing the causes of its problems,and then suggesting a homeschool cooperation model to operate the school bullying prevention mechanism.This study found that the prevention mechanism of school bullying in the C system has a single form,and the one-way force dominated by the school is playing a certain role.It is mainly composed of the leadership,the training office and the counseling office cooperating with each other to prevent,deal with,respond to,follow up,and resolve school bullying incidents.There are many shortcomings in this kind of school bullying prevention mechanism.The time for the operation mechanism to be carried out is relatively short,the manpower invested is insufficient,everyone’s awareness of school bullying is not in place,and there is a lack of parental participation and collaboration.This study analyzed these shortcomings and found that the reason was that the school neglected to mobilize the strength of the whole school,teachers lacked time and energy to pay attention to school bullying,and the relationship between the school and parents was weak.In this regard,this study proposes strategies to optimize the prevention mechanism of school bullying.For example,schools need to review and correct the shortcomings of the school bullying prevention mechanism,implement the whole school to carry out prevention work together,implement the establishment of home-school cooperation,join the family cooperation model,set up a school bullying prevention committee for home-school cooperation,and prepare a handbook for the prevention of school bullying.
